It looked nice till we seen the room wasn’t clean.

Poor Service. Difficult process to check out. Rooms are decent enough.
The room was beyond disappointing. Water damage all over the ceiling, bathroom tub was peeling, stains on the floor and to top it off the whole hotel lost power. It was unfortunate because the only reason we stayed the night there is because we had an event the next morning. I reached out to the property and have not heard anything back.
Booked a room because I’m a truck driver and my next load is tomorrow … I went outside to the sitting area where there are ashtrays and the lady at the front desk told me I could not smoke my tobacco there I asked why If there are ashtrays out here next to the seating area she still continued to say I could not smoke because the people who have balcony rooms might not like to smell smoke if they are out there … which none of it makes sense because it’s outside and the hotel had the ashtrays out here .. once again I’m a member of the Marriott because I’m a trucker and I stay at hotels 5 days a week… I never heard of this ever I just want some understanding she was so rude
Room was perfect
Everything was perfect
By far one of the worst stays I've had in years. The person at the front desk was nice and welcoming, but literally everything after that could not have been worse. The entire hotel smells like weed. The hallways were filled with the smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana. There was a group of 5 teenage to 20ish year olds walking around hitting us up for "smokes". The person next to me and across from me were smoking. After putting towels between the front door and the adjoining room door, it wasn't working and we checked out early. Also, the room before all of the smoking smelled like my son's cleats after he played in wet grass and left them out in the heat.
