Great place with great value! Great customer service.
Pros:

Property was clean. The room was spacious and the balcony looking to the courtyard you could see the sunsets! It was awesome! The lady at the front desk I believe she was the manager was helpful and even remembers my name each time I walked in! It was a great stay for me and my family! Will definitely be back again next year when we travel to Michigan!

Cons:

My son forgot his pricey headphones in the room. After checkout the same day I called to see if they found items left behind. They barely cared to listen and denied finding anything.

Not my best Marriott experience

Poor Service. Difficult process to check out. Rooms are decent enough.

Disappointed
Cons:

The room was beyond disappointing. Water damage all over the ceiling, bathroom tub was peeling, stains on the floor and to top it off the whole hotel lost power. It was unfortunate because the only reason we stayed the night there is because we had an event the next morning. I reached out to the property and have not heard anything back.

Rude unprofessional
Pros:

Booked a room because I’m a truck driver and my next load is tomorrow … I went outside to the sitting area where there are ashtrays and the lady at the front desk told me I could not smoke my tobacco there I asked why If there are ashtrays out here next to the seating area she still continued to say I could not smoke because the people who have balcony rooms might not like to smell smoke if they are out there … which none of it makes sense because it’s outside and the hotel had the ashtrays out here .. once again I’m a member of the Marriott because I’m a trucker and I stay at hotels 5 days a week… I never heard of this ever I just want some understanding she was so rude
