Clean and comfy place to stay for downtown fun! But don’t forget your earplugs;)
Pros:

Couldn’t beat the location for our concert at St Andrew’s Hall! The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Great amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness center). Valet was awesome and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

For as heavy as the doors in the rooms are you can hear everything going on in the hallway so getting to sleep proved a bit difficult at first but it did quite down after midnight.

The room was nice & appealing to the eye. Location was close to where I needed to go.

Cons:

Whatever the man’s name that checked me in had a bad attitude. I understand being busy but there is still a job to be done & customer service is part of that job. He didn’t tell me anything about a holding fee (which I knew there was going to be. Still should have disclosed it) but instead just charged my card. I also didn’t like that there’s no microwave. I feel for the cost & location of the hotel a microwave should have been in the room. My boyfriend went to the front desk to ask that same rude man if there was anywhere we could heat food & he told him no. Idk if that was him just not wanting to be helpful again, or if the hotel really didn’t have anywhere to heat food. Either instance is insane & kind of unacceptable & I would not book again for that reason

Great location for getting to the game and the room was very comfortable.
Pros:

Was not aware that breakfast was available as part of the stay. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Location close to downtown attractions and the tram for getting to the stadium was a plus for us.

A good hotel to stay for 5 days. There is not a major issue, so I suggest staying here.
Pros:

View was very nice, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Near my room there was an ice breaking machine that I think made noise during the night.
