I liked it was close to doctors appointment but no breakfast was very disappointing

I stayed for a doctors appointment the check in lady was great the morning lady was not very nice but it was nice and clean

One night day

The last time I stayed at this courtyard Marriott was in 2021. It was as I remembered it.. Not what I expected of a Marriott property. Finding that it was a franchise with a darn shame knowing the owners were just in it for the money during the pandemic. The fact the owners did not care about the guests at their property.

It was a last minute decision to stay at this property again. I am a Marriott awards member I took a chance.

The property is fantastic it is clean new furniture new carpet new lighting it was just beautiful! The ladies at the front desk were fantastic very accommodating and the staff was on point. I will stay here again and again.

Won’t stay again.

The hotel was not the worst but was far from a great one . It is a very nice hotel even while being under construction, where the wing that was under the construction was a bit stinky. We had a mixup about the rooms when we first arrived ans the front desk lady wasn’t super thrilled or understanding to help us fix it. We ended up getting it semi fixed but woke up to brand new charges when we already booked and paid online. This was about two or three weeks ago and we’re still waiting on their refunds to come back. Also, the pool was very dirty. It was very frothy. It had hair in it .

Upon check in we found the TV had problems. The next morning I asked them to check it. No one checked. The TV was not usable for the 3 nights I was there.
Next they told me at check in that the hotel only cleaned the rooms every other day. At the start of the 3rd day I asked the front desk to be sure my rooms was cleaned and we had fresh towels. Upon arriving back in the room for the 3rd night stay the room was not clean and no new towels. I went to the front desk and ask for the room to be cleaned. They said no one was there to clean the room. I asked for towels and all they had was one bath towel that smelled bad. Terrible hotel and terrible service!!

Pros:

We visted the bar lounge to watch the tigers game. Literally no options at bar. No mixer options. Not even 7up or any variety of it. Asked for simple shot chilled. Same cup used to serve to different requests making the drink Terrible. Asked to just pay bill because of miss made drinks and told no need, just leave. If u advise a bar restaurant then have a bar restaurant! It was the reason we selected this location. I did not even mind the remodel which was in progress but dang. Have something on hand
