Très bel hôtel mais petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur

Chambre très propre, très confortable, bien situé, piscine chauffée au mois de février

Cons:

Nous avions le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix. Le petit déjeuner est insuffisant. Juste le droit à un café et une assiette avec deux oeufs. Pour le reste, il fallait payer en plus. Pas digne d'un hôtel de cette qualité. Un petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet serait plus pertinent.

No Air conditioner! No assistance
Pros:

After driving 7 hours we arrived at this hotel and were told there was no air conditioning. It was 80 degrees outside.

No attempts were made to find another hotel room by the staff. We were told a email had been sent but we were not reading emails during our drive,

We found ourselves and others all standing in the lobby on our cell phones trying to find last minute accommodation.

We were so very disappointed in Marriott’s lack of service. We have been staying at Marriott for many years.

Very busy area. Nice hotel. No transportation.
Pros:

Pool is very nice! Lobby is nice. Room was cute and comfortable

Cons:

There was not a shuttle from the airport. The internet says there is transportation. This is why we picked this hotel. Instead we had to pay $65 for an uber to and from.

Not satisfied with our stay!
Pros:

The location was convenient.

Cons:

The hotel had HVAC problems and therefore the room DID NOT HAVE ANY AIR. Once we arrived, we were informed, however after flying in, we just stayed the one night before taking our cruise. It was very difficult sleeping under those unhealthy conditions. We were offered a discount.

AGRADABLE!

Ubicacion, perfecta, centrico muy buen lugar para caminar pasear y conectarse incluso con la playa
El personal de cafeteria y estaurante muy atentos, el personal de noche de recepcion, menos interesado en la atencion al cliente, el personal de dia muy atento.
Habitacion , buena cama, buena ducha, muy comodas las habitaciones
La piscina, se percibia muy buena, limpia y deliciosa, sin embargo no la usamos, hubo un poco de viento y frio esos dias enFortalauderdale.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitcion, un dia de nuestra estadia olvidaron cambiar las toallas, limpieza y botar basura,.. de hecho lo informamos al retirarnos , la supervisora muy atenta, pidio las disculpa del caso.
El precio del hotel es muy alto para que haya errores en el servicio
Hubo cobro adicional estacionamiento por noche, simbolico, pero si se pago

I booked this stay on Sept 9th purposely because it had free parking Soon as I got to the hotel Oct 4th the clerk stated the just started charging for parking Oct 1st and told me $10 a night . Obviously I’m not looking at your website in October if I booked Sept 9th . So she end up giving me a parking pass which was okay . Tv in the room didnt work my entire 4 day stay I tried to call downstairs to request assistance on the first night come to find out my phone didn’t work in the room either so I called from my cellphone the tech guy came up said he couldn’t do anything about tv because it’s the signal which is not pleasing to guest and he told me he had to order a piece for the phone that upset me too. I will not be booking this hotel again please be aware .

Pros:
