Cons:

When I book a Courtyard, I expect a quality hotel. This room was very expensive for a Courtyard (about $240/nightly). This was an old property with an actual courtyard. The property was tired, need updating of floor and other finishes. It looks like they don't want to put the money into it. Carpeting was worn and dirty. The floor in one of the elevators looked like linoleum and was gouged. Wood veneer finishes were broken and missing. We had to change rooms because the mattress in our first room sagged terribly. The sink was tiny and when water gathered on the sink counter surface, it ran onto the floor. The hotel knew this because they placed the trash can on the floor so that it would catch the water. The door lock in our second room didn't work properly. Finally, the ice maker on our floor was out of order. In summary, this hotel seems to have been forgotten by the company or the franchisee that owns it.

Pros:

The airport shuttle is a joke you need to schedule it 2 days in advance and even the they don't honor your reservation. The "free shuttle" cost me $75.00 in Uber fees. And the staff isn't even apologetic about it.
