The convenience of being able to have a store to purchase snacks and drinks. Also on site bar along with Starbucks. Outdoor fire sitting area.
They did not have luggage carts available. They claimed they had about 5 but I only saw one. I basically had to wait around to try to claim the one on our last day. They also had the handicap parking way down a slanted parking area further from the entrance, ( my friend had foot surgery and had a permit and it was not convenient). There was no microwave in the room however there was one in the lobby that they allowed us to use.
Location is almost perfect, just outside of sleepy hollow far enough that you're not right in the chaos, but close enough that driving anywhere isn't terrible.
Paying to park, it was a flat fee. I have never rented a room somewhere And had to pay for parking at the hotel I'm staying at. Could use some newer updated pillows too. As always I took my own, so do that if you want that slice of comfort.
Receptionist was very friendly
The two ladys that work at sturbucks were so rude and unfriendly. Whenever we asked for a coffee they barely wanted to make it for us. And on the third day she just told me I can‘t get a flavoured latte cause the machine is not working anymore only regular coffee. When I told her she can make a regular coffee and just use the vanilla flavour she was like no you can‘t have that coffee. I bought then my coffees every day outside. I stayed in many hotels, but never met such unfriendly persons like the two ladys at sturbucks in the hotel.

Close to Sleepy Hollow
The layout was awful, room was cramped, bed was horribly uncomfortable, bathroom was dirty.

No microwave in the room
I slept very well here and the sheets were very nice as were the pillows. That is usually not the case with these mid price chains. There was plenty of parking. The drapes offered sufficient dark darkness for a good nights rest. The room was spacious. It was a very good overnight stay.
They could improve their signage a lot. The person at the desk admitted that it was a large facility and I would be better off parking in a different area. I managed to find the elevator OK, but I couldn’t figure out where the entrance was from the parking lot because it was dark and raining. They need to sign in the rear pointing to it. There is a railing, but it is impossible to see at night in a heavy downpour. They could also improve the signage to the lobby from each floor in the rear. It is indeed a long walk and I got turned around more than one time. It is a caverns building.

Nothing really bad to say here. No real breakfast? Just a cafeteria with expensive stuff to buy.
Quiet, good location, clean room, beds were quite comfortable.
Parking fee was unexpected. No free breakfast. When you pay such high room price it would be nice to get some free breakfast. There was no shower cap and vanity kit in the bathroom. The staff at the bar and restaurant was not very welcoming. The smell of rancid butter in the lobby from the restaurant in the evening.
