The front desk staff was very kind and patient. The manager, Jeff, was also very nice.
Pros:

Location was great; breakfast was expensive. Liked the courtyard but the seat cushions were soaking wet!

Cons:

Breakfast very expensive. I just had coffee. Some more food options and better time frames for them instead of just vending machines and limited selections. I did like the little coffee machine in the room, however, and the cold water in the lobby.

Cons:

The air conditioning is very inconvenient; it's impossible to set a comfortable temperature. The hotel is old, and the accommodation is expensive for such an outdated hotel.

Overpriced for no breakfast and loud neighbors
Pros:

Room was comfortable and spacious.

Cons:

Large gaps under the door to adjourning room. Unfortunately my children woke up to the neighbors sex party. No breakfast unless you purchase Starbucks onsite.

Cons:

The mattresses were very thin, and the sheets do not fit the beds they came off of all 4 corners. Also, no breakfast included for 500$ a night? Even a coffee would be nice
