Decent
Pros:

Quiet and Clean.
Close to the beautiful shops at Northfield. Great shops ans restaurants.

Cons:

Have to drive past a homeless encampment to get to the hotel. You have to be diligent about keeping your eye on everyone standing around the street they have a tendency to walk out in front of you as you're driving.

Mattress on bed was not comfortable. We woke up sore both mornings.

Pros:

Nice property lots of homeless people around

Cons:

Fan in room made a horrible noise all night long. Dirty towels and areas around sink
Could here my neighbor taking a shit through air vent 🤮

Great hotel inside but uncomfortable surroundings outside.
Pros:

Inside the facility is clean and no problems.

Cons:

The homeless shelter next to the hotel is going to run this place out of business eventually. They are littered up and down the street but did stay away from the actual hotel property. They were having a conversation in the street and would not move, it was like I was inconveniencing them by having to drive by. Cops were arresting people our first night we left to go to downtown.

Just needed a place to sleep for the night. Bed was comfortable, room was cold.
Pros:

Easy check-in.

Cons:

Heater for room did not work. Food at restaurant (turkey club) was not good at all.

Looking at everything from the doors in is a very nice stay. Looking out from the same doors you see a lot of unsettling

Its a decent hotel with room for improevment
Pros:

The room was very clean, the food at the bar was very good, and the offsetting siting areas were great.

Cons:

I didn't like that the bar was closed on Saturday, and the location was too close to the homeless shelter less than 1/4 mile from the hotel. I didn't sleep well due to constant noises in the parking lot.

I would never recommend that anyone stays at this hotel. There are plenty of better places in the area. Full of homeless and drug addicts. Bad area. Bad service from hotel employees.

Pros:

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Hotel location is not ideal due to homeless shelter next door with a large amount of transient people walking all over. Hotel had security, and I never felt unsafe, however it is not ideal.
