Not Marriott hotel
Pros:

The worst experience I have ever had with a Marriott. We had a hockey tournament and our team with other teams stayed here. We found out that the hotel staff was giving out room keys that can unlock all rooms in the hotel. Someone found stained blood on their sheets, urine, and trash was left in the room. One of the parents mentioned $800 skates were stolen out of their room. Emily at the front desk tried to contact her manager and was not successful. She was nice, tried to help and seemed overwhelmed. Our bartender Christy and young man did a great job with all of the people. Breakfast was not free but the 2 men seemed very nice. Our group has reached out to Marriott.

Cons:

The pool was inexplicably out of commission. We asked for extra blanket and they didn't know where to get one and said they would bring one to the room but never did. The water pressure and heat in shower/sink were terrible. We had cockroaches in the room. The room also smelled bad. There was also a gross derelict restaurant in front of it which was super unappealing.

A fresh, comfortable and relaxing stay
Pros:

Newly renovated and beautifully maintained. The room was spacious, spotless, and designed for ultimate comfort. Everything felt fresh and modern, making for a very relaxing stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great service....on University drive..Great location....food is excellent.....cooks are nice...clean and friendly...all smiles....the Team service is excellent...they speak and greet you constantly in the hallways

Terrible. I left a day early and was refunded for two days.
Pros:

It was in a convenient location.

Cons:

Had to move rooms twice because first the door lock wouldn’t work, then the 2nd room had a light ripped off the wall with exposed electrical. The pool is closed for renovations and the third room they gave me ended up having ants.

Pros:

Not great, but not bad. The price is fair for the location. The check-in area feels newish but the rest of the property is in need of serious upgrades.

This is a "Marriott" property but doesn't feel like one. A complimentary bottle of water upon check-in, but no comp coffee. One cup will cost you $5. The rooms are clean but feel dated. Our child attends a university in the area so it serves our needs when we drop off and pick up. Staff is friendly.

Room was large and clean balcony was okay.

Cons:

Originally I booked a king room with a balcony. When we arrived we were put in a room on the first floor with no balcony. When we asked about pool hours we were informed the pool was closed and yet it was not posted anywhere on the website.

Pros:

No hot water. A/C leaked on carpet. Shower head did not work. Only one outside entrance could be accessed. Had a half roll of toliet paper. Took numerous times to get key card to work. No A/C in halls. Ice machine not working. Staff very nice and helpful!
