This was a comfortable hotel convenient to Reston Town Center and major highwsys
Pros:

Beautiful courtyard - was wishing the weather was better to enjoy it more

Cons:

Low water pressure in shower. Staff seemed at time a bit discombobulated. When I read their writeup on web, I thought breakfast was free and it was not. The “Bistro” eatery inside the hotel should have had longer hours during the day.

Pros:

Shuttle is a plus staff are lovely. Easy access from airport, and long term car parking.

Cons:

Stayed because the Hotel had a restaurants but it was closed! The breakfast included was not an option at hotel as stated on Booking.com. Paid $28 dollars for toast coffee and a breakfast croissant. Probably will not stay at this hotel again

Pros:

Everything was lovely. I ended up getting sick while there and the front desk staff graciously allowed me to check out at 1 instead of the normal checkout, which is noon. Having thay extra time allowed me to gather myself and get prepared for my day before heading back home 2 hours away. The food was excellent. Will be staying again.

Cons:

The location was a bit interesting. Just one of those things where if you're not paying attention, you might miss it. I would not have expected a hotel to be in that spot, but at the same time it was central to where I needed to be or go. And this is not really a complaint because it was quiet and again central to everywhere I needed to be.

Comfortable and convenient stay near airport! Tasty breakfast too (but not included).
Pros:

The location was good and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning or heating in room. And no fan came on in the bathroom.

PROS - Shower pressure.

CONS - Grumpy front desk staff at check in. Check out is at 12pm but housekeeping comes at 9am to knock on the door multiple times.

OVERALL - Would not recommend staying here.

Pros:

Really nice, enjoyed our room with balcony and a tree loaded with blooms just outside. The village of Herndon next door seems like a world apart from the intense development all around.
