I booked the hotel for my elderly parents and they really enjoyed it. It was easy to get them in and out of.

Cons:

We were rudely interrupted late at night by someone saying they were from the hotel staff, and that they had our room assignment incorrect. They told us we must come to the front desk at that time, but I was not willing to take the chance and do that until the next morning. They continue to call the room and try and open it from the outside. Very disruptive, and no sort of compensation given afterwards.
