I had a good stay. I was only there for one night so i don’t know about the dining or any amenities. Overall, i had a go
Pros:

Very modern, i actually loved the layout of the room it was very different. I liked that the tv was large and mounted to move so you could lay in bed and watch it or sit on the couch and watch it. I liked that it was a modern walk in shower rather than an old hotel tub.
My room view was just what looked like a dirty old employee smoking patio below HOWEVER, the view while laying on the bed was just beautiful green trees which was very relaxing

Cons:

There was a dead stink bug on the couch that i saw when i got up AFTER i had already ate my dinner sitting there, the heat was on when i arrived (it was not cold outside), and even though its a non smoking hotel, when i went to bed i got a strong smell of marijuana. It filled the whole room and it’s all i smelled while going to sleep. I had called the front desk and mentioned it but i don’t think anything was actually done about it.

I would stay again if the bed wasn’t so hard

The bed was hard didn’t sleep good and the ac and heat wouldn’t stay at steady temp like 70 and the frig was not cold enough

Staff was great very sweet and deserving to be represented in a place that is not so filthy.

Cons:

The rooms are absolutely filthy. There was dried blood on the walls right where they hang brand new towels. There’s mildew in the crevices of the shower. Stains and crust on the couch and cleaning product in the crevices of the toilet. Stains and random suspicious spots all over the walls. Our soap dispensers in the shower wasn’t even working. Only one elevator was working and only 4 ppl were allowed at a time.

Pros:

The staff were great and really made all the difference. They were always friendly, pleasant and eager to help, greeting us with a smile and doing everything they could to assist.

It is certainly not their fault that the location and facilities require some improvement.

Cons:

The location is quite isolated and not particularly close to the airport or any town. Unfortunately, I had just missed the hotel transfer bus when I arrived and, as it was very hot, I took a taxi which cost around $30. I would definitely recommend having a car if you stay here, as the hotel really is in the middle of nowhere.

There is a small retail park nearby with a few restaurants, although I found them quite expensive. The hotel itself feels tired and would benefit from some refurbishment. The foyer is very small, and the breakfast selection was quite limited and exactly the same every morning.
