Great location, clean, comfortable, like new, but operating issues during my stay.
Pros:

I picked this property for the location and expectation that the room would be clean and comfortable, which it certainly was.

Cons:

The breakfast was not available by 7:00 (scheduled for 6:30) because the kitchen staff was not in by 6:40. I had to buy breakfast elsewhere. The coffee in the lobby was vile and I’m not picky.

At check in the desk clerk insisted the charge was $100 more than my confirmation, which had included tax and fees. The desk clerk that evening said $50 more than confirmation with the $50 refundable.

Tinha a reserva feita pelo Booking mas quando cheguei no hotel, ninguém encontrava minha reserva! A atendente teve que resolver tudo sozinha porque chamou o gerente mas ele não veio até o front desk. Esperei por mais de 15 minutos e ninguém veio falar comigo… a atendente sim, muito solicita, resolveu o problema. Péssimo gerente!

We were facing the I40 highway and it was loud all night.
Next time we would prefer a room on 4th floor in odd number rooms facing the front of the building.
