I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Great stay
Pros:

Stay was pretty good. I dont normally stay at Courtyard because of no breakfast, but booked here because the rooms were recently updated and the other hotels near by didnt have great reviews. I enjoyed this stay. Nice fluffy pillows, almost too fluffy for your neck but they appeared to be very new. Beds were okay, only issue HBO didn't work, but that was not a big deal. Close to mall and shops. Will book again.

Nice stay in a quiet location.

Great location, clean, comfortable, like new, but operating issues during my stay.
Pros:

I picked this property for the location and expectation that the room would be clean and comfortable, which it certainly was.

Cons:

The breakfast was not available by 7:00 (scheduled for 6:30) because the kitchen staff was not in by 6:40. I had to buy breakfast elsewhere. The coffee in the lobby was vile and I’m not picky.

At check in the desk clerk insisted the charge was $100 more than my confirmation, which had included tax and fees. The desk clerk that evening said $50 more than confirmation with the $50 refundable.
