Expect more from Hyatt
Pros:

The staff were great and really made all the difference. They were always friendly, pleasant and eager to help, greeting us with a smile and doing everything they could to assist.

It is certainly not their fault that the location and facilities require some improvement.

Cons:

The location is quite isolated and not particularly close to the airport or any town. Unfortunately, I had just missed the hotel transfer bus when I arrived and, as it was very hot, I took a taxi which cost around $30. I would definitely recommend having a car if you stay here, as the hotel really is in the middle of nowhere.

There is a small retail park nearby with a few restaurants, although I found them quite expensive. The hotel itself feels tired and would benefit from some refurbishment. The foyer is very small, and the breakfast selection was quite limited and exactly the same every morning.

The front desk staff was very helpful

Cons:

The couch in my room was really dingy and there was a hair on my towel in my room. I don't know to whom that hair belonged to but I didn't use it.

Staff is amazing, hated the bistro, order out instead.
Pros:

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are approachable and kind.

Cons:

The food was not good at all. I feel as if I wasted money. I tried 2 dinner items on seperate days and was disappointed both days. The drinks were not good either. I ordered an old fashioned and was not pleased.

Wonderful, comfortable room, friendly staff and great gym
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. Gerard greeted us and gave us information that we needed. The room and gym were amazing!!! Would definitely recommend it and return there

We always try to stay at this hotel when we come to town and we have not been disappointed.
Pros:

The Hotel has a bistro to it and there is always hot coffee and hot water for tea available. The staff is on duty at the desk and are very helpful and knowledgeable. The location of the hotel is close to shopping and restaurants.

Cons:

The bed was a little uncomfortable and the bathroom door was difficult to open. The pricing in the bistro is a little high, but the quality of the food makes up for it.
