My over all stay was great but they need to make sure the room cleaner

Great hotel, great staff and fantastic value for the money!
Pros:

If you’re looking for a great value for a hotel close to the airport, you’re not gonna find a better one than this. The staff is amazing. The hotel is clean in the room was perfect. for our particular situation, we flew in at midnight and didn’t want to spend a couple hundred dollars more per night not having our bearings on Memphis so this was perfect. We were looking at more expensive hotels in town but after seeing the value, I’m getting here may opt to take the less expensive route and just rebook for another couple nights here and spend the money on a nice dinner :-)

Rooms are small. Really no reason to be charge for parking onsite.

Pros:

Decently sized room, comfortable bed, decently clean.

Everything was fine except I was supposed to have a room with balcony per booking.com and I was given a first floor room even though I booked months ahead. Otherwise a great stay.

Another disappointment on my journey@⁹
Pros:

It was OK but no information I'm room regarding facilities or how to get connected to wi fi. Wouldn't stay there again. Over priced food and drink.top

Food tasteless and it took fir ages for food to come
