didnt use the Breakfast
TV remote didnt work when we arrived
Left too early for breakfast. Stored my car for a fair fee, until we returned 6 days later. Rode their shuttle to the airport. Everyone was very accommodating
The bed was nice
The shower door handle fell off in my hand.
The staff said they have not received payment from booking.com. instructed mt to cancel reservation and book through Marriott. The could not contact Booking.com to confirm cancelation. They've said no one has called or emaed from Booking.com to ask if I had made the cancelation.
Had an amazing stay. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Beds were comfortable.
Difficult to regulate air conditioning
Gated parking lot was not closed and locked at night. Deadbolt did not work well on the door.
Complimentary coffee was not available throughout the day for guests.
Maintenance needed to fix toilet from leaking and tighten the seat as there was water all over the floor when we arrived.
The grill cook was awesome and very accommodating

Breakfast wasn't the best. Location was a little sketchy.
Left for the day to return and find they had made a mistake and checked me out. Some of my things were thrown away, and they throw everything that wasn’t in my suitcases into a TRASH BAG, where they broke my eyeglasses and left it at the front desk. I understand mistakes happen, but the trash bag thing was a real insult.
Convenient location, quiet and peaceful
The room was comfortable and clean. The front desk person was exceptional. Gated parking.
There was no exhaust fan in bathroom area. Check out time was 11am but the cleaning people were knocking on our door at 8:35am asking when we were going to leave! Then when carrying our bags out the door they were there again asking if we were out of the room now so they could come in and I said “no” we still had items in the room we had to get yet. That was at 9am!!! It wasn’t just us, they were going down the hallway knocking on other guests doors. Rude and unacceptable!
