El personal amable
El alojamiento no tiene nada que ver con las fotografías, y comparándolas con lo que acabamos de ver en persona estamos flipando. Es evidente que están hechas con IA
Las habitaciones:estaban sucias, el suelo de moqueta estaba asqueroso se te pegaban los pies, sillas de la terraza rotas, la ducha sucia y con los tubos de metal oxidados. Muchísimo más cutres que en las fotografías.
El desayuno una porquería, solo de verlo preferías no desayunar, las vitrinas de Exposición para la comida estropeadas, estaba todo sucio, otra vez más se te pegaban los pies al suelo y los brazos a la barra.
La piscina estaba cerrada, nosotros principalmente habíamos buscado un hotel que tuviese piscina y esta era de color verde por lo que aunque hubiese estado abierta no habría estado en nuestros planes bañarnos.
LA GOTA QUE COLMÓ EL VASO, nosotros hicimos nuestra reserva con mascota (un perro salchicha de 4 kilos) y no se nos informó de que se nos cobrarían 100 dólares por el a la hora de la reserva y lo averiguamos al hacer el check-out en el alojamiento

The hotel lobby air conditioning was broken or not working well. It wasn't welcoming walking into a hot stuffy lobby in 90 degree weather. The front desk people were not very friendly, they mumbled when speaking to you and I couldn't understand them. The hotel was dated and not very clean. I expected more from a Marriott. The elevator to the 2nd floor was very far away from the lobby it wasn't very convenient. I would never recommend this place. There was no effort put into this hotel. I know it's just an airport hotel but it's a dump and the free shuttle didn't show up on time and the morning shuttle the guy drove in the middle of 2 lanes and was speeding
The Marriott Bonvoy App photos completely misrepresented this hotel. It was absolutely horrible. The lobby’s A/C was out and the Bistro area where supposedly there was dinner available, was a display case that had a sign “out of order”. I’ve never seen anything like it. The hallways were dirty and holes in the wall. When I finally got to my room there was broken glass on the couch. If I didn’t arrive later in the evening, I would have requested my money back and found another hotel.

Very convenient location and airport shuttle every half hour. Evening staff member was very friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember his name. Morning staff member was not friendly, and she was playing music very loudly. The music was beyond annoying to people who were up and waiting for shuttle at 345 am. Just wanted peace and quiet at that hour.
Would recommend this hotel and will stay here again. Would be very helpful, though, to not be subjected to loud music that early in the morning.
Very convenient to the airport! Very clean! Staff was friendly and helpful! Comfortable bed! They had an airport shuttle but I didn’t need to use it this time.
