Racist front desk attendant
Pros:

The shower was clean, it had a balcony and the amenities were clean.

Cons:

The front desk lady was racist, rude, and insensitive. She did everything in her power to try to get us to leave. Persistently got rude as ever and told us she wasn’t sure why only OUR reservation didn’t show up but she does not see anything in the system on a reservation I made 2 hours prior to coming. I want to talk to corporate for this matter because racism in this light is absolutely unacceptable. She tried every single thing to get us to leave. SHE MUTED THE PHONE SO IT COULD LOOK LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE WASN’T CALLING. My sister passed earlier and so my children and I just needed a place to have peace for the night. It was truly degrading, hurtful, and humiliating to be treated this way in the late year of 2025 but people still carry the same amount of ignorance as they did back then. She should not be on the shift by herself. I also still want to speak with someone from the hotel to make an official report on her. The night of September 11th shortly past midnight. She was a Caucasian woman with blonde hair.

Wasn’t worth it
Pros:

Wasp nest outside on the balcony and in the crack of the door. The toilet was backing up. I wasn’t impressed. Especially after finding out they just moved my sister out of the same room for the exact reason. And for the amount of money I paid, it wasn’t worth it.

Cool spot, just watch out for the wasp that on all the balconies. And they will say you smoked in the room if you light a candle..
