Wish it had a safe in the room
The hotel is ad has been our place to stay when visiting family int he area, for over 20 years.

Our room was one of few on the outside that didn’t have a balcony
Fire pit outside. It allowed family staying in 3 different rooms to gather together in a very relaxing area.
Vent in the bathroom did not work so the room steamed up quickly. We were in room 141. Also did not like the location of the ice machine. Too far from the room and had to pass through the work out room to get to it.
The localization is perfect at the principal avenue. Close to malls and few minutes to the old downtown Melbourne and the beach.
The breakfast place is very small close to the entrance. I think they adapted this area to have a very small breakfast.

Market items are extremely expensive and ice cream was very soft...$5.50 for a cold drink is ridiculous.
It is a hub for professionals on business. The price was fair for the amount of amenities.
Comfortable bed. Very clean room. I liked having a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker & sofa in the room. Pool was very nice. Friendly staff.
Check in was easy. The reception people were efficient and helpful. Our room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Good shower, comfortable bed, great tv! The hotel is in a good location, convenient to Melbourne's business area.

Good hotel for a night stopover. Bit far away from the Historic Town, signage for the town wasn't good, couldn't find it. Very helpful staff.
