Favorite out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in NYC
Pros:

The location was excellent, across the street from a subway station. But the best was the wonderful and kind service provided by the front desk staff. Hats off to those ladies. I’m sorry I don’t remember their names, but they made our stay truly special. They gave us a warm welcome and even checked us in despite our early arrival. The room was large with a great view. Very clean room, with staff providing extra towels without us even asking. It was also quiet despite facing the street.

Can’t speak about the amenities as I did not use them. But the few times I passed by the lounge, all was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and professional.

Highly recommended. You won’t regret staying at this hotel. Great value for the cost with a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.

It was pleasant, convenient, and comforting after an outpatient procedure.
Pros:

The location. It is a short distance from my eye doctor. Especially right after an eye surgery.

Cons:

The heat or air vent was extremely loud and disturbing.

Checks off all the boxes
Pros:

This hotel checked off all the boxes for a family of four (kids age 17 and 24) coming to the city for an overnight stay to catch some theater. The staff at the front desk were super friendly, and offered us water and told us to enjoy the show when we left a few hours later. The room itself was on the 31st floor, facing south with a great view of the iconic Chrysler Building. The room was the largest Manhattan hotel room I have ever stayed in, over the course of decades of staying in different places. There were two queen beds and a very comfortable foldout couch for one, so plenty of room for four people. Unlike most hotels with sofabeds which offer little support and thin mattresses with the coils coming out, this mattress was firm and comparable to the regular beds. The common areas, gym and restaurant were on the 12th floor. There is everything you need within walking distance, including a drug store right downstairs and the famous Essabagel across the street. Plenty of dining options at different price points without the hoards of people in other neighborhoods. The theater district, Times Square, and Lincoln Center are all about a half hour walk away.
Hint: cheap parking at garage at 206 E 59th street a short walk away.

Overall it was a good experience.
Pros:

Rooms were a nice size. Bed/mattress were vert comfortable. The location was convenient.

Cons:

Elevators are not marked well enough and are confusing as to the floors they do/don’t go to. I was on the 25th floor - room 2511 and there was a strong musty and unpleasant smell in the hallway. Checkout was inconvenient and unclear if rapid/self checkout even existed.
