Cons:

Klacht en geen discount gekregen
De afvoer van een toilet van de bovenverdieping liep in er kanaal door onze kamer. Resultaat als iemand de wc doortrok donderde het in onze kamer. We zaten op de 27ste verdieping. En geen discount gekregen wegens deze overlast en een electie hè storing zodat we niet zelf onze kamers konden lijven.

Pros:

It was a very spacious room. The staff were very good. Excellent location

Cons:

No kettle in the room when requested I was asked to use the coffee maker. Also no shower caps qtips or cotton swabs or room slippers were provided. You had to ask for it

It was good, I would stay in this hotel again.
Pros:

The staff was welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere during our stay. The room was well designed and provided plenty of space for four adults, making our stay very comfortable. The location was excellent, and the view was outstanding, which added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Cons:

There were just a few maintenance issues that I hope the hotel can improve for future guests. On our first night, we noticed there was no conditioner in the dispenser, and the bathtub drained very slowly. I reported both issues to the front desk the following morning, but they weren't resolved before we returned later that day, so we had to ask a second time. The staff addressed them promptly after the second request, but it would have been nice if they had been taken care of after the initial report.

The room also stayed warmer than we would have liked, even with the air conditioning set to the lowest temperature. This may have been partly due to the heat wave during our visit, but the AC seemed to struggle to keep the room cool.

Overall, these were relatively minor issues and did not take away from an otherwise enjoyable stay.
