Staff did not impress as friendly. Just business like. No smile

Small hairs on carpet and bathroom floor. The hair might have been from an animal.
Staff was friendly.
Receptionist is not friendly and pleasant. Toilet bowl is very low and no rail to hold on. Is hard to seat on and get up especially for the elderly. See picture below.
No breakfast provided and no even a cup of cafe. No swimming pool. Not recommended.

The staff was warm and welcoming and friendly.
I thought the breakfast was included based on what the staff told me but the way they spoke about breakfast didn't tell that it was just an in house starbucks where I had to pay for my food/drinks.

Our patio door got stuck and we got locked out and the front desk had to come in our room and let us back in from the patio

We purchased breakfast and it was hot, tasty and plentiful. Coffee was hot.
More shelving in the bathroom. The silly glass shelf above the toilet is ridiculous. If you use the handtowels on the rack above it you knock the tissues off. It isn’t big enough to put anything on.
