Location is convenient
So called “breakfast included” is just a cup of complimentary COFFEE with empty milk bottle. Employee says “no more milk, only one bottle”
Nothing
They do not care about their guests once you check-in. I asked multiple times for cleaning even one or two days in advance according to their policy, however, never get the full cleaning in 14 days. You have to ask for towels every single day. The swimming pool was closed despite ads. You have to beg for trash bags or vacuum cleaning. There is no breakfast. Does not worth the price. We arrived at 5 ( check in was 14 ) , they made us waiting for two hours to get the room. My husband left note for some decorations when booking and no body care, instead made us waiting for the room at evening.

The room is spacious.
Nobody came in to clean our room and change our towels for 5 nights stay. We did request the service no one showed up. We asked the front desk to have new lotion and nobody came in to replace the old lotion bottle
Room itself was well designed.
Sofa and bed comfortable. Netflix a plus.
No screen or lock on the slider! Wanted to get fresh air overnight but it wasn’t safe without a locking device. Waited a very long time to check out and it was boiling hot in the lobby.
Early check I
Someone cutting hair outside my window. And leaving piles of hair. Landscaping way underdone. No bottled water for 3 days in the “store”. And the bath fan was broken and seized. Very loud and a fire hazard as motor was seized and the power was trying to make it move.
There is no breakfast option.
That complimentary breakfast is not offered.
That the rooms were available when we needed them.
Fire alarm went off 4 times during our 3 night stay- two of which where in the middle of the night. It’s no fun being awaken out of a dead sleep into a full on panic. The fire alarm light in our second room stayed on for an extended length of time during one of the alarms. The water turned off twice during this same stay. Then, using the laundry facilities, after we fed both dryers quarters, only then did the front staff decide to put up a sign that indicates the dryer is free to use- you simple push the start button. There’s no instructions posted anywhere. After we talked to them about the dryers not working, THEN they posted a sign. However, they did refund our lost quarters. But why was this not taken care of proactively? This probably wouldn’t have been a big deal on its own, but the total experience left me eager to leave.
Then, post trip, we were charged over $400 bucks for no reason, despite having paid our full bill in advance of our trip. It’s been 2 months since our stay, and I just had to email the manager because once again, our bank account has been charged for zero reason. Very frustrating. If I could go back in time, we would’ve stayed somewhere else.
Super friendly staff and very helpful. Easy access off freeway. Would recommend this hotel and stay again if visiting San Ramon.
