Comfortable and perfect for my business trips.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable

Cons:

I had put in a request for a room with a bathtub, but didnt get that. So that was a little disappointing. But that was only a request, not a big deal.

Great sleep and water pressure but a pot of coffee is a must.
Pros:

Clean, reasonable, good location for me.

Cons:

Not necessarily the properties fault but the listing on booking app said breakfast was included and there wasn’t even complementary coffee.

Very accommodating hotel, first time in a sonesta. I joined their rewards program and can’t wait to try their overseas h
Pros:

The pool was fun for my child, we liked the sanitary precautions that were taken and the parking fee was waived

Cons:

Very hard to get past the automated locks with room keys. We got stuck in the garden while exploring the hotel.
