Close to our meeting location reasonable value clean property and staff provided good customer
Nothing really
The bistro breakfast was nicer than a buffet breakfast, and it was prepared fresh, which was wonderful for us. The beds were extremely comfortable as well.
Rooms didn't have much soundproofing - you could hear everything from inside the room - the hallway, other guests, even at a normal volume
The hallways and rooms looked a little dated/worn - I can't really say they were dirty, but the downstairs looked so much fresher than upstairs, with the rooms
The thought of the stay
Had a family emergency and couldn't get FD to help me instead it sounded like a recording and prompted to call a number and told to ha e a good day

Staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable!

This hotel was located where I needed to be. The staff was courteous and inside the room was clean.
Our room was located near/over the mechanical areas and near hall lighting which I did not like. In addition, some of the common areas of the hotel (elevators, outdoor chairs) were less clean and a little worn. They weren't filthy, just mediocre. While the room didn't seem to have a lot of synthetic fragrance, the hallways did have some sort of cleaning product smell. Not unique to this property but, in general the rooms have too much light from the door and the the blinking light on the smoke detectors are very annoying and the lighting in the shower area is very harsh and bright. A/C wasn't terrible but I could tell it needed cleaning. It wasn't the worst and not bad, it just didn't stand out as one of the better Courtyards where I have stayed.
The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to go. We were there to look at Oklahoma City University. The hotel had several fast food restaurants and a coffee drive thru in walking distance.
