Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful - parking was close; room was comfortable; and I was glad to be on the ground floor

Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but basic. Water provided but no morning coffee. We had ability to make coffee in the room. There was no breakfast availability with the booking had to pay separately. But the grill wasn’t working so over half the menu was not available. Felt safe in the area of town and many other locations for food available. Check-in was easy and staff was very friendly.

Pros:

Room smelled so bad - musty and old. The bathtub was stained and rusted. You had to force the door closed. The bed was weird - it was too short. I’m only 5’5’ but my feet were at the end of the bed - so odd. The coffee in the lobby was terrible - it was so light that it was like coffee flavored water. I know it’s not a high end hotel, but these are pretty basic things they could improve on. I won’t stay there again.

The staff was friendly.

Cons:

They remodeled so I’m not sure if that’s the reason why but the rooms didn’t have microwaves even though the photos & amenities said they did. They only had one down by the front desk.

Pros:

Everything but the price. Bought the room at midnight and theybshould have issued a disclunt but didnt.

They also dont accept chime credit cards which also made my life a headache.

Other than that they were great, helpful and responsive.
