The accommodations were great. Very friendly staff who provided excellent service.

If you are expecting an experience that would even rate 1 star, this is not the place to stay.

We travel often and always stay in Marriott hotels. We’ve earned lifetime status. We never complain but I have issues with the safety and standards of this hotel.

To start with, we were in town for a sports tournament. We reserved multiple rooms for 2 nights. 2 rooms, with 2 queen beds per room. THE BEDS ARE NOT QUEEN SIZED. We measured them, just for fun. They are double sized beds.

Next there was hair all through the bathroom, and the shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty.

There is an exit sign hanging by exposed wires busted down from the one exit door.

We were put in a room next to the pool and had to deal with screaming until nearly 10 pm the first night. The second night was even worse.

A few teenagers beat on my door at nearly 10 pm and not only did the front desk manager fail to address this, he acted completely unprofessionally from the moment he became aware of the situation.

The parents of said kids were in the lobby. A very large man chose to scream at me that he had it handled.my son and I chased the kids down and ended up in the lobby where their parents were at, apparently paying no attention and no mind to whether their children were disturbing the other guests. Meanwhile, the manager just kept ushering me towards my room.

When we then told management that we had a safety concern, due to the threats from the parents after the actions of the kids, he told us there was nothing we could do.

Then he chose to call the other room that we had booked. He woke up my elderly parents and has them worried now. When we called the front desk again to inquire why he would call that room when he knew the situation was with us, he replied that it was because we were upset and angry. At this point we told him that that was cowardly and unprofessional.

We then called corporate because our concerns are being completely disregarded here. A case number was created and we are awaiting a call back.

If you have read this far, thank you. You will not regret using this information and booking elsewhere. If I could leave a 0 star review I would have. 1 is giving this establishment too much credit.

Piece of sh*t hotel. Staff is unprofessional, recently “renovated” but you can tell it was rushed. Expired food being sold. Roaches and ants in the rooms. There’s no real security, the exterior doors don’t lock correctly so any body can come in. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Stayed here while in town for a soccer tournament. Overall, it was an average experience.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and interactions throughout the stay pleasant. The room itself was updated, clean, and the beds were very comfortable—definitely a plus after long days at the fields.

However, there were a few issues that impacted the stay. The bathroom door didn’t close properly, which was inconvenient. The kitchen was not open during our visit, which would have been helpful to know ahead of time. Additionally, the exterior locks had recently been changed, and our keys didn’t work consistently, causing some frustration going in and out.

Not a bad stay, but a few operational issues kept it from being better.

First off, let me start by saying the place looks amazing. I love the new look. The staff has always been welcoming. Very nice people out of allthe hotels that I stayed in in my whole life. This is by far the best very relaxing super quiet highly recommend I come here often I always stay at the same hotel every time I come in town highly recommend

Double queen room was booked, we were given a king bed with pull out couch. Our key cards never worked, had to get a new key 6+ times during our 2 night stay. Bistro was only open for coffee, no bar or breakfast as advertised. Lastly, and probably the most annoying was that the place reeked of weed, so much so, it could be smelled from our room. Will not be staying here again and would not recommend.

The smell of marijuana filled the entire hallway, children crying and music playing all night into the early morning, the phone in the room did work to call the front desk, calls to the front desk using personal phone were unsuccessful because they did not answer and Netflix did not work. I do not recommend this place.
