Courtyard Marriott Greenville

It was easy to access. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Room was clean and comfortable

It was blood on the floor, Blood on the chair and ,I had to be moved to another room food on the floor ,I took pictures to the front to show at the front desk.

Property has an updated fresh design. Rooms clean and comfortable. Liked the ambient lighting and big screen tv. Fresh coffee in the lobby in the morning plus complimentary donuts made it super special! Staff very nice.

Everyone has been very nice.

Pretty good property. The room we stayed in was a bit dated especially the bathroom. Some cracks/small damages noticed in the ceiling.

Excellent condition, kind staff, convenient and quiet!

Service was very good. Cleanliness was good. Our room with a balcony was average and kind of outdated. Sliding glass door needs washing for sure. The beds need new pillows also. How about a Keurig coffee machine for an upgrade!! Employees were very nice and helpful though. Hotel is fine for 1-2 nights as far as location and amenities.

Everything was great!

The property was very clean, staff very nice, in a very nice area. There is also alot of shopping in the area. The down side was that there was no pool or complimentary breakfast . It was listed that it was. Grandson was disappointed. But there was a restaurant and Starbucks on the property.

The handle was broken off in our hotel room door. No one fixed it all weekend .

- [ ] Room next door is under construction banging and beating around 7 am.
They said that they put us in the renovated area but didn’t say that they were still remodeling.

Clean

This hotel is fantastic! It’s located in the heart of Greenville across the street from the Peace Center. The staff is welcoming and very helpful, the lobby was immaculate and amenities were good. Rooms were clean and felt freshly done.
The stay was great. We left behind a pair of shoes. Zyair was exceptional in locating my shoes and making arrangements to mail them back to me. I appreciate his professionalism and your team.

Concierge/receptionist was wonderful.

Cleaning staff/ bistro employees were wonderful! Very accommodating and helpful.

Ongoing hallway painting was an inconvenience, especially in the limited space around the elevator

Bathroom was nice but water pressure in the shower needed a boost; spent too much time rinsing.

We came down for family support during an emergency procedure across the street at the hospital. I chose this property for proximity and food. We've stayed here several times for various graduations over the years. Perfect. They're not too big or too small.

The room was nice and and a lot of good features.

They did not provide housekeeping or breakfast on Christmas Day and the day after. We were not aware of that until check in after paying extra for the breakfast they didn’t provide.

Missing microwave

I was in town because my sister was in the hospital. So, the room provided rest and a hot shower.
