nice, cozy hotel with very friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

sadly the breakfast was disappointing… there are the same 3 options every day and mostly egg dishes. The fruit was cut in slices so thin you could almost see through them. The portions were not very filling either. The service was very friendly though.

Excelente hotel!!!!! Volvemos
Pros:

Primeramente el design del hotel, el recibimiento de las dos personas de la recepción Marco y Héctor que ademas de ser serviciales y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte, son dos personas educadas y cultas. La habitación es linda, nos tocó una habitación con 2 camas Queens muy cómodas (éramos 3 personas) y con un balcón con una vista linda. El baño es amplio y el agua caliente buena. Tiene caja de seguridad y una super iluminación. El desayuno fue americano y variado, y correcto servido por Francisco, muy agradable!. Nos gusto mucho la tranquilidad del hotel ya que queda a unos 15 minutos del centro, pero íbamos caminando sin problema. La ubicación es ideal ya que queda también a 15 minutos de la playa punta cocos.
Decidimos volver la semana que viene.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa Lumini on Holbox. Located on the western side of the Holbox peninsula, the hotel is tucked away enough to feel delightfully off the beaten path, yet it’s just about a 1.5 km walk from the main port. That means you can easily get around on foot without having to rely on taxis. The atmosphere is all about eco-friendly tranquility and a peaceful retreat, which makes it a perfect escape.
Plus, I have to mention the host, Marco, who truly made the experience special. He’s an amazing host who takes care of everything and adds a personal touch that really stands out. Highly recommend Casa Lumini if you’re looking for a serene and eco-conscious stay on Holbox!
