We kept getting complaint calls about the kids when it was a whole party going on just doors down from me and all the kids were in my room not in the hallways or nothing.

Great location. But too old and rundown.
Pros:

All facilities are so old. Towels are so yellow. Bed is not comfortable. We don’t want to come back again.

Cons:

There were eaten chicken bones in front of my room door when I first went into the room.
Having to pay for parking - include it in the room rate or don't charge at all. This is an unreasonable add-on.
Sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
Room rate was too high.

Pros:

I needed to use the business center first thing in the morning, and the printer was not working. The staff at the desk were very helpful!

Cons:

The elevators were difficult to find. Needed assistance from the front desk and could not get anyone on the phone (tried twice).
