Pros:

I needed to use the business center first thing in the morning, and the printer was not working. The staff at the desk were very helpful!

Cons:

The elevators were difficult to find. Needed assistance from the front desk and could not get anyone on the phone (tried twice).

I was only there overnight, I did t like that parking cost as a patron. The room was ok.

The hallways didn’t seem clean nor did the elevator. Wallpaper falling off and don’t look like construction was going on so unsure what was happening.

I was disappointed and very, very much underwhelmed. Especially for the price I paid.
Cons:

The front-desk person was dismissive and not helpful -- she actually told me the wrong place to park and I ended up carrying heavy luggage all through the hotel. The breakfast host told me she didn't have my pre-payment and I had to argue. We were put in a very small king room that had the bed sideways from the TV, so only the person laying nearest it could see,

Cons:

I can’t say anything about the stay or the hotel itself. However, the reception staff didn’t look properly into our reservation, and my team wasn’t even able to take a shower. I paid for two rooms, and although I understand it wasn’t their fault that we missed the check-in time, we still arrived well before check-out.
