Clean, good value and friendly staff
Pros:

Great location. Very clean. Even though breakfast was not free, it was really good and a decent value. Our group tried most of the breakfast menu while staying for four days and all items were tasty. Very accommodating breakfast staff.

Impressed by how clean the pool and pool area are kept and nice hot tub. (We stayed at a more expensive resort after the Courtyard and the pool was not clean in comparison.) Relaxing courtyard area for enjoying the warm nights.

It was lovely , the staff very nice

Cons:

I missed that the breakfast was not included. But the dining area was nice had private areas for quiet dining. Staff was so nice. It was a pleasant experience after a very long day of travel.

Disquieting concerning cleanliness
Pros:

One of our sons book a two room stay for his family and upon expecting the room they found a discolored stain on one of the matresses and some sort of bug(s)

So they shared their findings with another son we had booked for and they checked out and went next door to the hotel starting with a Q Quiata

Pros:

Rooms and bathroom felt too small and not great layout. We had a kind bed with a pull out couch for our 13 year old. It really was how small and badly arranged the bathroom was. It would be great for 1 person.

Que cuando agarre el paquete de desayuno incluido ellos no tienen esa información incluso pueden cargar ese cargo a tu cuarto cuando tú ya pagaste y sales pagando más de lo que pensabas
