Prime location and Nice room
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the location was prime. The room was very clean and had a pretty good view.

Cons:

There wasn’t a working vent in the bathroom, so it was a bit much with steam having nowhere to escape when showering.

Cons:

Parking fees again with Marriott. Had a huge lot and they still had to sing the customer. Dispicable or possibly a California thing? You already pay high prices so I call this bullcrap.

Three stars.
Pros:

Close to Living Out assisted living across the road where our LGB friends were for our visit

Cons:

Our check was a very unpleasant experience with credit card denials and mistakes with the prepaid account balance. It was rescued by the assistant GM on checkout who had to correct everything.

Secondly the bistro restaurant was a joke. Like a Starbucks. Service and staff fine but no ambience or decent menu.

Pros:

Restaurant is at convenient location and food is delicious. Chef at the 'Bistro' are professional and qualified.

Cons:

I have been invoiced TWICE. It is my guess that the first one on the day of checking-in was a DEPOSIT and the second one was correct. They billed both to my bank account and then returned the deposit 10 days later from my stay.
