The young lady who assisted us was a delight to interact with. Her smile and mannerism wer wonderful
Pros:

The staff were wonderful. The room was clean and well designed.

Cons:

The mattress (to soft) and pillows (flat) were uncomfortable for our liking.

Overall, good. It seemed like new staff were being trained, which is good, but slowed down
Pros:

Pretty good. This is the first place I've stayed where you had to charge your breakfast to your room. No cash. This was somewhat confusing. Compounding the problem was that there was only one person working the bar where you had to order. This person had to explain the charge-to-the room requirement...and prepared the food.

Cons:

Mattress was lumpy.

Construction being done on property but overall good hotel
Pros:

The hotel has construction being done on it which isn’t great because they don’t really let know that. The room was as described . It was clean. The tv worked not many channels but you can connect to streaming services. There is a fridge and microwave which is nice if needed. The gym is simple but has updated equipment.
The issues I had were the breakfast was not included which is super annoying. The phone in our room wouldn’t make calls to the front desk which was strange. The worst part of the entire hotel is the parking fee to park in their lot. It’s literally a parking lot nothing fancy no protection from elements or random people passing by. I would say for the price it’s not bad but there are plenty of other options in the area as well. Overall not a bad stay.

1st time going to bathroom went to pull toilet paper from roll and the bar fell straight down. Was extremely loose and couldn't figure out how to put back correctly.
