Die Lage ist Optimal in der City

Cons:

Check in soll ab 15 Uhr möglich sein. Gegen 15 Uhr waren mein Freund und ich zum Checkin im Hotel. Personal sagte uns, dass unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig ist. Als wir fragten ab wann das Zimmer fertig sei, kam die Antwort „wissen wir nicht“. Wir wollten eigentlich nur schnell einchecken um weiter zum Konzert zu gehen. Konnten dann jedoch unser Gepäck im Hotel stehen lassen. Angekündigt hatten wir das wir nach dem Konzert gegen 23 Uhr wieder zurück seien. Das Personal wollte dies so eintragen bzw. Dann auch weitergeben. Eine Stunde später erhielt ich einen Anruf, das sie meinem Freund sein Zimmer stornieren müssen (hatte ein Zimmer gemeinsam mit meinem Freund gebucht und uns vorher eingecheckt.) Ich rief gleich zurück, war wohl ein Missverständnis. Es kam gleich wieder die Frage wann wir ins Hotel kämen. Scheinbar reden die Mitarbeiter nicht miteinander

Die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Man konnte ab 15 Uhr einchecken und es war nach 15:30 als wir auf unser Zimmer konnten. Das Zimmer wurde in den 2 Tagen nicht gereinigt was ok ist. Aber man hätte wenigstens schauen können ob noch Toilettenpapier vorhanden ist.

tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück

modernes Hotel, gute Ausstattung , sehr zentral in der Innenstadt, sehr gutes Frühstück, waren mit dem Rad unterwegs und konnten die in der Tiefgarage parken

Das Frühstück !!! jeden Tag wiederholt es sich , die Bäcker sind gleich neben an, hätten wir das gewusst , da das sitzen auch nicht komfortabel ist im Speiseraum !

Pros:

Staff e ambiente accogliente. Ottima posizione. Siamo tornati a Rostock dopo qualche anno e abbiamo di nuovo scelto il Pentahotel!

Schönes verlängertes Wochenende in Rostock
Pros:

Lage ist wirklich sehr gut und direkt in der Altstadt und nicht weit zum Stadthafen - Zimmer schön groß - Badezimmer super - Frühstück war prima - da nur 15 Euro braucht man nicht zum Bäcker -
