Overall the stay was fine and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Everything was clean, the room was spacious! The breakfast was nice had a few options

Cons:

Folding the couch bed was hard, the toilet flushes really loudly and the bathroom was small you cant use the door if you’re doing anything else in there without bumping yourself or if anyone else is there. The toilet is right in the way to use the door. The mini fridge didn’t really cool my drinks or food, it was more like a slight chill, also 97 percent of the lighting was dimmed lamps

Pros:

Friendliness of the staff and the hot breakfast was great.

Cons:

Wish booking.com would update their pictures of the hotel as the hottub is permanently closed, but the pool is open, not heated but open.

It was a great stay for someone on a working vacation like me.
Pros:

I especially liked the staff. One of the key questions you learn to ask as an experienced travelers is, "Do you like working here?" There's almost no way to lie effectively if you don't. The people who work here like this place, like their jobs, like fulfilling their role. That is not an easy thing to coordinate as a hospitality manager.

Cons:

The only nitpicking point I could possibly make is about the breakfast, I wish that they had had regular shredded wheat cereal. Instead, they had frosted shredded wheat cereal. Did I ever ask for regular shredded wheat ceareal? Of course not. Do you see what I mean about nitpicking?

The location was nice and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

Our room was freezing the entire time no matter what temperature we put the thermostat on. When we first got to the room, the TV and phone didn't work (which was a discovered when we tried to call the front desk about the tv). The mini fridge barely kept our drinks cold. Our main reason for the stay was a winter getaway with a pool for our daughter. The pool was over chlorinated and cloudy which was not appealing for use. We overpaid for a sub par experience and will likely not stay here again.

Good but could be great with a few small changes
Pros:

The staff was very pleasant and the hotel and my room was clean. I appreciated the cleaning staff every time I came in to my clean room. The mattress was comfortable to sleep on.

Cons:

The shower pressure was awful. 2 or 3 out of ten. The blankets were too thin and the pillows looked okay but after laying on them they flatten way too much for comfort. The breakfast needs improvement in hot selections for the price. The pool is way to small.

We were very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel and the free breakfast.
Pros:

It was very clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows were too soft but brought my own. Room was comfortable with microwave, small fridge and coffee maker. The breakfast was very good and offered many options. Many restaurants to choose from close by. Easy onto 390 to go to Strong Memorial which was 15 minutes away. Half hour to Lake Ontario.

Cons:

Need another hand rail on shower wall. Pool area was slick. The bottom of the hot tub was hilly, is the only word I can describe it. Very unsafe. I did not expect it and fell against the stairs and cut my shin.
