Staff was nice but not a great Marriott.
Pros:

The room smelled like mold. Air quality was definitely a concern the 2 days we were there.
Conveniently off 75 but not close to downtown. No great restaurants near by. Would consider this a pitstop for a roadtrip type hotel. Not luxury. No free breakfast, nor even coffee in the lobby.

Great location with friendly staff at reasonable price tag
Pros:

The hotel looks quite clean and nice, the pool area inside the court is also very nice with seating options even outside of the pool fence. The pool itself has limited shadow options but was also nice to sit and relax there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the toilette flush. Within minutes the service staff tried to fix that, which only partially helped. So within another couple of minutes we were given another room that made us happy along with a free choice from the reception's groceries selection as compensation for the trouble. Appreciated :)

The parking lot was nice as well with enough space. Mind though, the hotel is located directly in the departure zone of the nearby Page airport. Expect some business jets and frequent flight schools pistons traffic right over the pool area. As plane enthusiast I like it but I can imagine that some people won't.

The gym suitd my needs. The only thing about it: It seems to be a "passage room", so while you are working out expect some "traffic" going through the gym.

We did not use the bistro food options for breakfast or dinner so I can't say anything about that.

Cons:

To the south side of the motel there is a auite busy road. If you can try to get a room looking to the pool area and being located on the north side of the building. Some of the power plugs did not work in our room.

Do not stay spent night at Courtyard by Marriott Fort Myers Cape Coral 4455 Metro Parkway, Fort Myers, Florida, USA, 33916 when the Pittsburgh Pirates baseball team is doing spring training! The team was up early to depart for a game, 3:30 to 5am they were in the hallways using their outside in the ballpark voices. This is extremely disrespectful to other guests.
Hotels should be a place where you can get some rest, my rest ended at 3:30 am and all the front desk could say was, "I'm sorry."
