Pros:

I like that it was in midtown that's about it.

Cons:

The attitude of desk employees was very rude and entitled, very unhelpful and uneducated on the company's policy, management is only there to shut up complaining customers not to help, and last but not least even the operation manager lies just to get good reviews.

Great stay.
Pros:

Convenient location, very close to shopping. The room was clean, didn’t smell funky, had a patio, and The bed was comfortable. You can hear Reveille in the morning and Taps at night from the base if you’re outside . The staff was very friendly.

Great staff, less great room experience
Pros:

This hotel is conveniently located near the mall and several restaurants and easily drivable to downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful, one and all. The room was not up to the usual excellence of Marriott properties, one of the lamps was broken, the door had a "trick" to it to get it to close and open (yes, one of the staff had to come up and show me how to jiggle it so I could get in), the balcony (which is such a nice feature) was littered with empty cans when I checked in. I stay in Marriott hotels about 6-7 times a year, and this has been my only experience of one that was a little below par. Again, the staff were lovely; polite, helpful, and friendly, but there needs to be a little maintenance.
