Charged me twice instead of looking for a reservation I had already prepaid for, we were staying due to our new born in the Nicu, we were told at the beginning we would be able to add two more days to our stay long as we told them a day ahead, they did not stand by that. Not only does the property need a ton of updates and work, but they are not there to help anyone staying at their facilities that are already under pressure.
Good location
Have better staff that’s not rude. I was traveling with two service animals and the employee was extremely rude to me and asked me 100 questions about my disability and medical condition and they charge $10 for parking and for breakfast was not free. Ridiculous. I will never stay at this location again.
Location
Room was extremely small. Toilet handle was broken but we fixed it. TV was not working but we finally got it working. No soap in the shower but we asked and they brought it. Pool was closed.
Clean, staff, and nice location
Nothing everything is good
Didn't eat the breakfast.
Room wasn't very clean. Floors were dirty.
Location
Shower water was tepid at best; poor lighting around sink; lamp and electrical outlets were dead; pay to park on an outdoor lot; no breakfast included.
Clean.
No shampoo, only body wash in our room, the conditioner unusable. Only one cup in the room for the coffee maker.
The room was big with a nice balcony and clean.
The hotel offers a gym and a laundery area.
The hotel has plenty of parking available and it is about 5 minutes drive from the historical City.
The hotel would need some renovation specially in the bathroom.
Location
Interior of hall was worn. Ice machine on the 3rd by my was out of order.
I like that it was in midtown that's about it.
The attitude of desk employees was very rude and entitled, very unhelpful and uneducated on the company's policy, management is only there to shut up complaining customers not to help, and last but not least even the operation manager lies just to get good reviews.
Staff was always there for answering any questions.
The smell of the carpet
Location
There were a lot of bugs outside the property under the straw grass and a roach made it to my room.
Everything
I didnt like that I had to pay to park in the parking lot of the hotel and was told about the charge
