Enjoyed the stay
Pros:

I’ve stayed at Marriott hotels before and have always been pleased. This one didn’t include breakfast. Not sure why, all the others did

Over charged, small , uncomfortable. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, that’s about the most positive review I could give the property.

Cons:

For the price, small rooms, dirty carpet, old mattress with the impression of a human body. Nickel and dime for every little thing. Extra charge for parking “daily “ for this part of the city that is ridiculous. I have never in all of my travels paid extra for coffee! No complimentary breakfast , that’s okay but a small muffin was $7 that’s insane.
We would not return to this property.

Minha insatisfação se deve a sacanagem que fizeram, pois reservei quarto para 4 adultos com café da manhã incluso, mas nem o hotel, nem o booking informou como seria, e quando fomos tomar café nos obrigaram a pegar dois para adultos e dois kids, imagina você precisando sair para trabalho com uma refeição desta que está na foto anexada! Muita falta de consideração para um hotel desse nível!

My dissatisfaction stems from the underhanded tactics they used. I booked a room for four adults with breakfast included, but neither the hotel nor Booking.com informed us how it would work. When we went to have breakfast, they forced us to take two adult breakfasts and two kids' breakfasts. Imagine needing to leave for work with a meal like the one in the attached photo! A complete lack of consideration for a hotel of this caliber!

Pros:

Loved the 1st floor room! I liked it for the patio you could walk out to. The foliage was very nice, tropical feeling. Also loved having a microwave!

Cons:

The room was a bit small, old furnishings, and had a stale, smoke smell. And there was one large chair, but no couch. The bathroom vanity area is small, but the bathroom is huge for no reason.

My last night at the property was extremely disappointing. When I returned to my room, I noticed a "Do Not Disturb" sign had been placed on the door—something I did not put there. Upon entering, I discovered that someone had used the bathroom and left it unflushed.
No staff came to inspect the situation, check the safety of the room, or send housekeeping to clean up the mess. The lack of urgency and concern for guest security was alarming.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at this location.

Wonderful stay and reception
Pros:

Wonderful stay! First the front desk and service was wonderful - such nice people and accommodating! Also the bed was so comfy, parking easy, room very clean. Finally the area of this hotel is like in an industrial/business area and always felt very safe! Great stay!
