I have stayed at the Ramada several times over the years due to this hotel being the only centrally located in town . It has deteriorated quite a bit. Elevator to the 3rd floor ends in an untidy, dirty broom and supplies closet. (All 3 nights we were there.) The bar is no longer in operation. Dust in one of our rooms and the fridge is missing leaving a hole. No coffee in rooms. Bottrop should be able to do better.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Bottrop. Die Einrichtung in unserem Zimmer war älteren Datums, aber gut gepflegt und alles sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Pros:

Staff were friendly enough but this is not a great hotel and an even worse location. If you need to be in the area it's a cheap enough bed for the night but that's about it
