Highly recommended
Pros:

Pretty much everything except a few nice to have ones. Excellent and cordial staff , good facilities, great breakfast, amazing location, easy parking and the list goes on

Cons:

Power points in the rooms were very less, it would be better to have a microwave and crockeries in the room.

Holiday Inn Parramatta
Pros:

The location was convenient; the staff were friendly; the buffet breakfast was good; the shower pressure was strong.

Cons:

The noise from other rooms carried a lot; the pillows weren't great and neither was the bed; my credit card was charged for "incidentals" with no warning and I was told it could take 1-2 weeks to get the money back.

Good location & facilities in Parramatta
Pros:

Breakfast was good to have on-site. Liked having the bar facilities for coffee, drinks & snacks. Location was good across from a bistro. All F&B & reception staff were very courteous & attentive.

Cons:

The sofa bed was uncomfortable & needed replacing.

Great location to get to events at Afterpay Arena by train and room was excellent
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and polite. The location was great and it was easy to get to event we were attending at Afterpay Arena by train. The room was well appointed and comfortable (the beds were exceptionally comfortable which was appreciated after getting home from event quite late)

Cons:

Nothing to dislike - was very happy with the accommodation and services provided.
