Location was perfect for attending large Olympic Park Event. Buffet breakfast was a hit with the kids eating free.
The room was great! The breakfast was excellent! The hotel is in a great location. The parking arrangement was a little odd. It would have been much easier if the parking was added onto the tariff rather then having to scan a code etc.

We have stayed here, this would be our third time. The vibe was different
It just wasn’t as welcoming as last time. When we stayed at our second stay we had a little card in our room saying welcome back on your second stay. We came back this is our third time thinking that the staff would know it’s our third stay only for the staff to ask ‘have you stayed with us before’.

Too many ...no manners ... intimidating ...presence
It was a good location for our family
That the restaurant wasn't open for dinner.
It was why we chose this hotel as previously we have eaten at the restaurant... which is very convenient.
Great location, so easy to find and I love that you don’t have to stress about where to stop to check in! Close to a few food options but we actually ate in the restaurant and it was lovely.
One hook in the bathroom for towels when it was a room for 4. And the fridge made horrible noises all night
