Pros:

Clean, comfortable. Pleasant staff

Cons:

Guest room door took 7 tries before latch released. Gave a green light for electrical key card connection every time.

The rooms were nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I was charged 5.00 a day to park in the parking lot. No garage no valet parking just a regular parking lot. Which I find ridiculous. As a guest who's paying for a room I should not have to pay additional fees to park at the hotel.

Cons:

During check-in we were advised that elevators are not working but still they gave us room located at highest floor (3rd floor). We have no choice but used stairs with our luggages!?!?

Cons:

Poorly maintained. Our room key didn’t work several times, and had to get manager to unlock the door with a loop that goes under door. Elevator out of order. Push bar falling off exterior exit door. Bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. Loud party in next room had to be contacted by front desk several times!! Parking lot too dark at night.

Pros:

I loved everything about my visit. If I should happen to be in the area again I will most definitely stay at the Courtyard again.

Cons:

There is nothing to say about not liking anything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience.
