The front desk staff were so friendly, kind, and most importantly, welcoming! Not only when we initially arrived, but each time we entered the area. They treated us like they were happy to see us! We had a breakfast voucher and the breakfast was delicious! The bistro staff were very kind and friendly also! The outside area near the pool was so relaxing!! Great experience!!
The bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Specifically, the shower and floor.
Parking
Staff are awesome, very friendly and helpful. The property location was great, there are shops, restaurants in a walkable distance. And a taxi boat stop 5 min away was a super plus.

Such a great stay at the Courtyard Marriott Tampa Downtown! The hotel was super clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The front desk staff made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived, and the valet team was always friendly and helpful. You can tell the entire staff genuinely cares about their guests. We would absolutely stay here again!
Labryan has been amazing in valet. He was very knowledgeable about places to dine and was able to provide great walking directions. I also gave a wonderful room that was clean and the front desk was extremely nice. I would absolutely stay here again.

Jimmy our valet was amazing. He loaded the suitcases in the car for us. Very friendly and helpful! We will be staying here again on our next trip to Tampa.
Neat, tidy & nicely refurbished.
We had to ask reception twice to request the people who partied during the night at 1am and 1:30am to quiet down as we could not sleep and had an early flight. There should be a quiet time and no party at the pool at late.
Room was not great as the furnishings were tattered but it was clean and the valet service was the best part of our stay!!!

Breakfast was not included for a $400.00 room and breakfast at the room was 70.00
