I had a wonderful experience at Courtyard by Marriott in Washington. I want to especially thank Brie and her entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.

From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcomed and truly cared for. The team was very customer-centric, attentive, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.

The service was excellent, the atmosphere was pleasant, and every interaction with the staff was warm and professional. It really makes a difference when a hotel team treats guests with such courtesy and genuine care.

Thank you, Brie and team, for making our stay such a positive experience. Highly recommended!

Horrible, never coming back
Cons:

Check in was at 3:30, I arrived at around 4:20pm and had to wait for 15 minutes to check in even though there was no one in front of me in line because the guy was fumbling with the phone and didn’t even end up calling any body. Then when I finally get to check in. I’m told my room IS NOT AVAILABLE. I booked the room weeks in advance, WHY IS IT NOT AVAILABLE. As he is telling me that he is downgrading my room to a room thats way smaller and less amenities , someone else comes to check in and a random lady who has been there the whole time starts to help them checks them in fir the same size room I had paid for originally and guess what. The room is available and ready to go. What? I wasn’t offered any compensation or apology for having to get a room less than what i paid for. Then when i finally get to the room it has an overwhelming bleach smell that caused me and my partner to have a headache the entire time and the floor was wet and the sheets had a giant brown stain on it. Our keys also stopped working in the middle if the night when we went on a snack run just to find out our reservation was cancelled in the middle of the night, with our bags still in the room locked in the room. I will never be returning to this location.

Our stay was tolerable but not worth the cost.

Cons:

The television needs to be replace or repaired. The color was awful. The people looked like they were gray and shiny. Our room was at the end of the hall on the third floor, and we could hear staff when they entered the room, especially early in the morning. The carpet needs to be thoroughly vacuumed at least before guests arrived. It was hard putting the safety lock on the door. It kept jamming.

Cons:

Kids from sports teams, (perhaps elite teams in tournaments?). Running up and down halls at least until 11 pm. One kept knocking on my door in the evening and morning. I can get more quiet in a cheap Motel 6 filled with drug addicts.
