Overpriced hotel with no free breakfast
Pros:

The front desk was really great, friendly and attentive! Dog friendly! The courtyard was a nice touch to be able to sit outside on the furniture and have coffee. The flowers were very pretty but the grass was long.

Cons:

There was no free coffee available and the breakfast that was offered was very expensive. Our sliding door was broken and would not open up. The grass in the courtyard needed to be mowed, overall pretty expensive for a mediocre hotel.

Sex hotel and regular guest uncomfortable
Pros:

Clean room and it was ready earlier than expected

Cons:

All the rooms next to mine and above me . Everyone having loud sex and disturbing my peace. It was Valentine's weekend I was there for a surprise birthday party.
I got no rest or peace with all that sexual annoying noise.

Nice hotel but don't get an adjoining room!
Cons:

we had terrible people staying right next door on the other side of the adjoining door. Played loud music and talking until 1 am. I finally called the desk and they responded in a timely manner. Are all rooms adjoining? The noise is really unacceptable.

The very best !!!!
Pros:

I thought that all the food offerings were exceptional, if you couldn’t find something that you would like you have a problem, many choices, quality, food, and friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything, they did it all. They were wonderful one of the best stays in a hotel I’ve ever had.

It was clean, decent and safe.
Pros:

I liked the location and proximity to DC, free parking. I really liked the cleanliness!!! I liked the housekeeping service where all my towels were exchanged and the trash was emptied. Beds were straightened up but sheets were not changed (which is fine).

Cons:

The room had a refrigerator but no microwave. The rooms need a glass pot that heats water to 212 degrees Fahrenheit instead of a coffee maker. I would really like hot water to make tea. And I want to see what I’m putting my water in - that why the pots must be glass.
