Please upgrade bathrooms at the restaurant
Pros:

The ocean view and the size of the room

Cons:

The curtains were falling down and could only close them if I used my hair clip. Also the bed was on wheels so it didn't stay in the one place very annoying. It should have had locks on the wheels. You couldn't get service on the TV to watch streaming channels

The night manager

Wouldn't let me checkin after my flight back from work was delayed 2 days so I was in contact with hotel and he wanted to charge me for the 2 days I didn't turn up even tho I was talking to them.... Letting them know

So when I said no I requested a date change it now $210 he said nope I'm.not excepting the booking u need to leave at 3Am after a fly in fly out flight

Great location!
Pros:

The location was absolutely fantastic. It's right by the beach, Cavil Ave and attached to a shopping mall with a supermarket and handy restaurants. The room was fairly spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. We also had a fantastic view of the beach.

Cons:

A little worn. Cleanliness could have been a little better but was fine.

paid for parking, then had to pay additional $60 for parking due to the reception putting the wrong letter in my number plate, then to be told too bad cant help you
