Pros:

Should have ordered breakfast but received free drinks vouchers

Cons:

They tried to take my bond but said my room was filthy when I checked out at 2pm and made sure I cleaned before I left and even the housekeeper came to clean and I said I'm just finishing cleaning and they wanted to take :100 of my bond with no evidence of the really dirty room so I was very very appalled that day.

High expectations destroyed by a check in person who had decided he did not want to check me in.
Pros:

The idea of staying in a first class hotel

Cons:

Approaching the check in person 3 times in 45 minutes to see if the cleaners had finished my room while he continued to check people in.

Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait. La salle de bain laisse a désirer car la douche ne fonctionnait pas. La literie est très bien. L'espace piscine mérite d'être rénové.

Bed was uncomfortable.
Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

The king size bed was actually two single beds pushed together creating a hard ridge down the middle of the bed. Check in was slow even though we had checked in online.
