Pros:

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Bathroom had mould, shower head was horrendous, taps fell off in shower, screen didn't stop water and floor flooded. Which made floor a serious slip hazard. Deck door didn't seal well so wind noise. Room was bombarded with loud and constant noise 70% of the night that you could still hear even with TV on. Also only standard TV which for the price and name was extremely disappointing. No microwave or freezer in bar fridge and no complimentry biscuits. Breakfast buffet was lack luster disappointing.. Was really excited to have breakfast 😥

Passable due to only staying one night
Pros:

Location was excellent
Staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful

Cons:

The fridge came out the hole in the space it sat in.
The bathroom had bits on the floor from the ceiling it seemed.
The balcony door was broken unable to open.
