Pros:

Für mich eines der besten Hotels in Berlin mit einem top Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Schöne große und gut eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr sauber mit tollem Blick auf den Fluß und das Köpenicker Schloß. Besonders herausragend auch das sehr umfangreiche Frühstücksbuffet. Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und wirklich überhaupt nichts auszusetzen.

Das Ambiente, die Lage des Hotels, das Personal sowie die Küche sind empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Zimmer und Lage sind sehr gut, ebenso das Frühstücksangebot. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Abendessen war hervorragend angerichtet und hat köstlich geschmeckt.

Pros:

I like the location of this hotel, as it is perfect for the purpose of my trips to Berlin. The tram stop I need is right next to the hotel.
I have stayed at this hotel many times and have always been satisfied with my stay — but not this time.
I appreciate the comfortable beds, the variety of pillows, the presence of a coffee machine with coffee provided, and the daily bottle of water.
I would also like to make a special mention of the young dark-haired gentleman at the reception, who was extremely helpful in assisting me with communication with a local optical store.

Cons:

Instead of a shower cabin, the room had an extremely slippery bathtub, and every shower felt like a genuine risk of slipping and seriously injuring myself. There was black mold on the bathroom walls.
The window soundproofing was so poor that in two weeks I did not manage to get a proper night’s sleep even once. At night, every conversation and every passing car could be heard clearly.
I asked to change the room to the same category with windows facing the courtyard (as during my previous stays I had rooms like that at the same rate), especially since rooms were becoming available every day. My request was declined. I was only offered the option of upgrading to a more expensive room.
The hairdryer constantly overheated and switched off, which made drying my hair take an unreasonably long time.

Would stay again for sure
Pros:

Very quiet place and modern cozy room. Comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast. Overall everything is above expectations. And in reality looking exactly the same/even better than photos.
