Das ganze Personal egal ob Empfangbereich Bar oder auch Frühstück Bereich waren wie immer freundlich und zuvorkommend kommen immer wider gerne in diesen Hotel war jetzt schon zu 4 mal da und auch nicht das letzte mal . Da unsere Tochter aus Berlin kommt buchen wir immer an Empfang ein Frühstück mehr und zahlen den Aufpreis es ist immer toll da

1.Lüftung zu laut
2.Nach Abschaltung der raumlüftung hörte man den Ventilator draußen bzw. Die Lüftungsanlage von außen auch
3.Bett war extrem weich ,bzw. Matratze evtl zu alt
4.alle Gespräche auf dem Flur konntet man genau hören also mit schallschutz ist da nichts

Comfortabel verblijf in een mooi hotel op loopafstand van Oud Koepenick
Pros:

Het hotel heeft sinds het NYX heet een facelift ondergaan; De kamers hebben een opknapbeurt gekregen en de ontbijt-restaurant ruimte is ook vernieuwd; Het ontbijt is verbeterd en is nu uitstekend. Gelukkig had ik van te voren on-line ingechecked waardoor ik mijn sleutel meteen kreeg zonder administratieve rompslomp.
