A true nightmare
Pros:

When Piyal worked here I never had an issue with this facility. In the past I have stayed in Rooms 152-162 which are very beautiful rooms. On this particular stay I was presented with a room that had blood on curtains, blood in the tile grout, blood trailing the wall. Hair on the bed all through out, bodily fluids on the bed all throughout. My room smelled. The tub had blood soiled thick stains in them. I observed this and immediately advised the front desk . He initially didn’t believe me and I asked him to come see the room. He came in and observed the room and was quickly ready to defend the stains. He said they were old and would not come out. I then immediately requested that I be provided another room. The desk representative instantly lied and said they had no more rooms in the entire hotel available. My family member requested that housekeeping come clean the room. The young man said no one would be available from housekeeping till morning. I then requested cleaning supplies. He said he had no cleaning supplies either. I asked him what was I supposed to do. I asked him to call a manager. He said no at first.My family member went to get cleaning supplies . I started cleaning the room from 10:40pm- till 2:41am and I still wasn’t done. Let’s keep in mind that I’m handicapped so it was going to take me a long time to finish the bathroom in order to be able to properly bathe. I gave up and decided to go to bed and when I pulled back the sheets it was then I discovered soiled seminal and blood stains and alot of long hair and pubic like hair all throughout the sheets. I brought the young man back to the room. I explained to him that the stains he told me that were old and would not come up I was able to simply clean and remove them. I told him that I had been forced to clean for 4 hours but my body was sore because I had just had spinal surgery. He observing my walker then told me that he had room 162 available. I said that room would be fine. He got the key card.

Everything from the liar at the front desk that deceived me all throughout the duration of my experience .

The young lady at the reception during the afternoon shift was pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Management knew we booked for three adults, yet they completely failed to prepare the room for us. I checked in at 6 PM and the room wasn’t even ready. When we returned late from the airport, we discovered the room was old, dusty, and neglected. There were spiderwebs on the bathroom floor and dark spots on the doors that wiped off instantly when I cleaned them myself—the housekeeping staff clearly lacks supervision.
To make matters worse, the extra mattress for our third guest was shockingly dirty. When I complained, the night receptionist was completely unsupportive. He flatly refused to change the room or replace the mattress, offering only a single sheet to cover up the filth. It is unacceptable to book for three guests and give them an uncleaned, unprepared room with terrible night service.

Awful and terrible customer service!
Pros:

The place was average.

Cons:

The service and staff were ineffective. I checked in 7/5 and planned to stay for 4 nights. Then checked out the next day. They charged me for the 4 nights even though I stayed for 1. As of today, still no resolution. Terrible customer service!!

Not the best or the cleanest hotel
Pros:

The outside was nice and the employees were very friendly

Cons:

The first room they gave me had a cabinet with a fridge in it. There was an extension cord sitting in a puddle of water. They then switched my room. The new room had broken cabinet door and bathroom shower had some stains. They never came to clean my room while I was there for multiple days. I felt very uncomfortable staying there.

This was an unpleasant experience, and I wouldn't stay here again.

The location was great and it was inexpensive to stay here/

Cons:

I didn't like that there was no hot water in the shower, the washroom sink did not drain properly, the pillows were uncomfortable and when I raised all these concerns with the staff, they made an insincere effort to resolve them. Though we'd asked them to change the phone number on file to contact us, they didn't , so they called random people and consequently, those aforementioned issues were never addressed.
