Dissappointing and didn’t feel looked after.

Cons:

They didn’t make up the sofa bed in advance even though we put in for 3 guests. There is just bedding in a drawer which consisted of a paper thing pillow and an old sheet. Asked the staff and they said that you have to make it yourself. Also don’t get any turndown service the following morning. When asking about that we were told that you have to request turndown. No breakfast options. There was a sign saying Costa coffee was available at the hotel but it was just an old crappy coffee machine. Wouldn’t stay again.

BYOF and COFFEE!
Pros:

I like the location, it's proximity to the hospital I work at. I also like that every room has a balcony, microwave and fridge.
During the snow storm, they made sure the parking lot was salted plowed.

Cons:

They have NO breakfast, might just be a bagel. I saw cereal sitting on a shelf and was like, HEY can I get a cereal? Staff was like sure but there was NO MILK...Then I asked for some coffee and what kind of creamer. They had half and half but it EXPIRED!! I was like, ya'll are killing me here! Uber Eats and Doordash had suspended service during this time due to the storm, so I just went back to bed hungry!
This hotel has a nice lobby and bar area but it's just for SHOW! Get it together folks...I would stay there again, but just have to byof-bring your own food lol..

It was responsibly priced.. and convenient to our family

It was clean and close to our family

Cons:

Our bed was not made properly. Did not have a fitted sheet on top of the mattress.. was just regular sheet and keep moving off mattress. Only 1 wash cloth. And just 2 towels
