It was responsibly priced.. and convenient to our family

It was clean and close to our family

Cons:

Our bed was not made properly. Did not have a fitted sheet on top of the mattress.. was just regular sheet and keep moving off mattress. Only 1 wash cloth. And just 2 towels

It was okay, You have to pay for breakfast when u book. I got tea and coffee which was already $9
Pros:

I like the hotel was close to my destination. the Bed was comfortable, the room opened to the garden which was nice it I had to stay longer.

Cons:

My son mentioned he wanted to go to the bathroom in the lobby but it was not clean.

Pros:

Location was my goal. The bed was very comfortable.
But no microwave or frig....down by lobby.

Cons:

No frig or microwave except by lobby. By the time I settle in I don't want to go downstairs to heat my food and go back upstairs. Just my quirk.

Bad start, better experience during stay.
Pros:

Mostly, the staff was pretty friendly and helpful. The location and the quietness of the room location. And I had had a good experience one time before.

Cons:

When I went to make a reservation initially in person, I waited in an empty lobby for about ten minutes. When the person finally showed up, I felt like I was a burden and left. There was no kind greeting from the curly, browned hair younger girl. I've had happier responses from people at a funeral. She also was there to take my room keys at the end of my visit. She either needs more training on customer care, or she isn't a good fit.

Pros:

Arrived to be told internet was down with no ETA for fixing .....

Rooms are a bit dated. But clean/secure etc.

On the Saturday night arrived back at around 8pm to find a full blown party going on in several rooms in same corridor ..... 10pm they were eventually told to quite it down/left (made sure to make plenty of noise early as I left .......

Cons:

Internet - while not their fault - looks like it had been down for a few days - notification, and then the chance to rebook would have been preferable.

They say all the rooms is non-smoking in the room smell like smoke. The faculty is very disrespectful at the front desk.

Terrible hotel

Cons:

We paid for Continental breakfast to be included with our stay, we called to find out what time breakfast was, they told us 7-9. When we walked to where breakfast should be there was no breakfast to be found. They told us they had frozen bagels and coffee. That is not a Continental breakfast, the staff offered us coffee and my mother and mother in-law said they would take a cup. They waited 40 minutes for a cup of coffee, we were ready to leave by that time and had to be out the door. Also the rooms were filthy, not the cleanliness you would expect from a hotel.
