Above and beyond Zack
Pros:

Zack at the front desk was amazing. We were there for a quick night to travel out of the private airport behind it. He found out it was our anniversary and gave us a hand written card from the staff and 2 drinks tickets for us to celebrate. Above and beyond!

Overcharged on Rome had to pull up my booking reservation to receive a credit. It took over 20 minutes to figure out.

I was told we were going to have a free shuttle from the airport and to the port which was listed on Booking’s website and we got there and it wasn’t available. They said they canceled shuttle six years ago. We also included breakfast and when we got down to the front desk, it was closed. We had to eat a parfait and a iced tea out of the. They overcharged us on our bill and I had to pull up my booking reservation to get a credit.

Great Hotel when in Florida
Pros:

Food was very good and staff is so friendly.

Cons:

Florida was in a cold snap and we didn’t realize that the hotel is not heated. When I called down, they offered a heater, a little heater. But it knocked the cold off the room.

Amazing stay thank you Perla
Pros:

The stay was incredible. The breakfast was one of the best parts of the trip. Perla was an amazing host. She took care of us. Every chance she had she treated us like we were family. we’re looking forward to coming back to this hotel every time we are in the area.
