They have been running the bar with such consistency, confidence, and care, and it shows in every guest interaction. During our happy hour concierge experience, they handled everything with grace and sincerity, making people feel welcomed, taken care of, and genuinely appreciated. Service was smooth, drinks were great, and the energy they bring is exactly what makes guests want to come back. Thank you both for going above and beyond.

Wonderful Stay at Fort Lauderdale

We recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and had good experience.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely nice and helpful.

The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant design and a great atmosphere.

Our room was very comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

One of the highlights was the good quality breakfast, which was included in our reservation. We could choose from the Courtyard Bistro menu.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, beauty, and top-notch service. We'll definitely be back!

Cons:

There is an executive airport right behind the hotel. There were no restaurants in the area. No stores. You need to uber to get anywhere to eat. There’s a small restaurant in the hotel with limited hours limited staff and the fryer was broken down.

Short and sweet
Pros:

Upon check-in I was greeted by a very pleasant staff member. The complimentary water. The 24/7 front desk attendant. The staff at the kitchen were excellent and the food and drinks were good. Starbucks available on property. It was my birthday and they made sure I felt special.
