Wouldn’t stay there again
Pros:

The staff & garden center was nice

Cons:

Our “balcony” room over looked the nasty roof. NO WAY would I have paid for that as an upgrade. The bathroom light/exhaust was SO loud & the vanity lighting was awful.

Nice place to stay. I would definitely go back.
Pros:

We reached the hotel a few hours before check-in time and were planning to hang out in the lobby until close to the time. The receptionist was so pleasant and checked us in early so we could clean up and get some much-needed rest.
Breakfast was limited but tasty. Make a note: you have to book breakfast with the room, or you will have to purchase it when you order.

Cons:

The smell of Febreze was overwhelming in the corridors. However, the room was nice and lacked any odour.

Above and beyond Zack
Pros:

Zack at the front desk was amazing. We were there for a quick night to travel out of the private airport behind it. He found out it was our anniversary and gave us a hand written card from the staff and 2 drinks tickets for us to celebrate. Above and beyond!

Overcharged on Rome had to pull up my booking reservation to receive a credit. It took over 20 minutes to figure out.

I was told we were going to have a free shuttle from the airport and to the port which was listed on Booking’s website and we got there and it wasn’t available. They said they canceled shuttle six years ago. We also included breakfast and when we got down to the front desk, it was closed. We had to eat a parfait and a iced tea out of the. They overcharged us on our bill and I had to pull up my booking reservation to get a credit.
