Cons:

Voilà plus d'un mois que j'attends de recevoir la facture correspondant à mon paiement, et toujours rien, malgré plusieurs relances de ma part, et même plusieurs appels et contact via booking. c'est intolérable !!! C'est la loi; l'établissement se doit de fournir des factures !!!

Did not eat breakfast there.

Cons:

Lady at the front desk, the one with tattoos. I entered and she just started, did not get greeted. Once I got to the desk she opened her eyes bigger and moved her head forward as in “what do you want”. I had to speak first and ask all the questions. Need better staffing.
