Did not eat breakfast there.

Cons:

Lady at the front desk, the one with tattoos. I entered and she just started, did not get greeted. Once I got to the desk she opened her eyes bigger and moved her head forward as in “what do you want”. I had to speak first and ask all the questions. Need better staffing.

Great location, expensive parking but great bed and shower.
Pros:

Location is great and attached to a great breakfast restaurant.

Cons:

When we entered the room, there was a strong smell of smoke, and the windows were noticeably dirty. The daily parking rate was outrageous and no social hour was a bummer.

Valet is bad and will damage your car

Valet is the only parking option. I had a huge scratch/gouge on the back of my car when they delivered it to me. Hotel hasn’t responded to me after damaging my Jaguar
