Cons:

The cockroach I found in my room. The need to swap room as I left a note that I wanted to be in the vicinity of my friend and they swapped my room with her suite. I called the desk for additional couch bed covering and had to approach the desk due to no answer. I asked for two pillows and got one. The repairs to the room were not well done, one pull out bed seemed broken. I will not be looking to stay at a a Marriott in the future.

Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. The facility shows its age and there are ares that need attention.

Cons:

The check-in is later than most hotels (4 pm). I showed up a little early at 3:30, and my room wasn't ready yet, so I had to wait. The housekeeping staff is extremely loud when going about their work. They were so loud cleaning the room next to me while I was trying to take a nap, I had to yell, "Shut up!" They do not prop the doors open; they just let them slam against the security bar, so every time they go to the cart to get something, it's a slam. so most of my complaints were about housekeeping being loud and slow.

Great hotel close to hospitals.
Pros:

It was close to the hospital. Clean room. Staff was nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The plugs by the bed did not work. I had an extension cord with me and was able to plug my charger and cpap machine in across the room.

Towels were great. Room appeared clean. Staff was great.

Shower needs work. Shower curtain too short. Mini refrigerator loud. Hard to adjust room temp.
