Cons:

Was charged a smoking fee and didn’t discover it until a month later since I never received a receipt or was advised of such charge. When I called they advised me housekeeping supervisor had documented the smell. (We are not smokers) called to speak with them she was never available since she was the one I had to speak with. Still having to fight about the charge.

The room was outdated! In the bathroom looked like paint over mold, hair in the shower and the bathroom had a strong smell of urine.
