Kind and curious front desk
Pros:

Chi chi was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She greeted me very kindly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. I hope to see her again in my future visits to this hotel!

Overall pretty nice stay.
Pros:

Great location. The staff were very friendly. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

We booked two rooms and one of the showers was left unattended. The AC didn’t keep the room cool. And the check in was long due to staff training.

Nice hotel with poor reception staff
Pros:

Nice hotel in a good location. However, the front desk staff when I checked in was not professional, and looked like my late check in bothered her rest. No greetings, no smile, no 'thank you'. I don't think this was the way a Gold Elite Marriott Bonvoy member should be treated. After checking in, I asked if there is bottle water in the room, then she handed me a small bag with a bottle of water. With that working attitude, I didn't even dare to ask for a second bottle of water. This was probably the worst reception staff under Marriott brand that I saw in recent years.

Cleanliness and modelization

Cons:

At check out, I was charged $37 extra and I asked why after I paid it. Come to find out, it was a mistake and was told I will get a refund. The refund never appeared back on my card.
