Pros:

Bed wasn't comfortable, bathroom needs renovating. Breakfast wasn't good, eggs cold, not like other places.

Pros:

Booked on the day of stay, because I ran marathon and was too tired to drive a long distance. Very nice location to access from highway. There is a bathtub and I really wanted to extend my legs. Although I did not find a water plug for the bathtub, front office staff found it and brought to me very fast. Very nice to have releived from the physical damage for 1 night.

Cons:

Breakfast was not as good as I hoped. No complaint for the included breakfast for free, but I did not find anything other than carbohydrates (e.g. sausage, bacon etc.)

Great place Clean and close to highway

The Front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly

Cons:

Overall everything was great
Only thing which is with most hotels the check in time is so late. A 1:00 check in when you are going to a wedding would be better. They really tried to accommodate us Front desk staff very professional

Cons:

The hotel needs a facelift. Everything seems to be worn out and needs a paint job. Peeling wallpaper in the hallways. The desk clerk had to watch over the breakfast room and the front desk. Every time she left she slammed the doors. Very annoying

Just about everything from the moment I arrived. And I am not a hard person to please!

The staff started checking in people who arrived well after I did citing multiple reasons - they have been coming here for years, they came at lunch to check-in and I'm just giving them their room keys, they prepaid for 6 weeks...none of which should be a good reason to allow them access to their rooms before the 15 other people waiting.

Then there was my near "header" down the stairs when I tripped over a very loose strip of edging.

The room was clean however the common areas were filthy. The doors to the hallways don't look like they have been wiped down in years.

And let's not forget the advertised "hot" breakfast. Literally the only hot thing other than coffee/tea was pancakes. Not because they were out of food from lots of guests eating it but because that's all they serve!

I was supposed to stay 2 nights...I checked out after 1. And I will never stay here again.

It was very disappointing and staff were dismissive to complaints except Manager was much nicer.
Pros:

Breakfast was not impressive. The eggs they served were like rubber. The only good thing about breakfast was the English muffins, which I toasted myself.

Cons:

The room had an awful smell to it, upon further inspecting I found mildew over the legs of the desk and chair. The bathroom tub did not look clean, I would not have felt comfortable taking a shower.
The front desk receptionist was not friendly and welcoming at all. We stayed on a Saturday night over the long weknd. There was no bottled water in our room and when we went to the front desk to ask for some we were told they're sold out and they had no access to the kitchen to get water, and we can drink the water from bathroom tab. The overall stay was very disappointing. We didn't get that feeling of comfort and relaxation that we expected.
