Excelente ubicación, muy práctico. Una pena que el entorno del barrio no ayude con tanta gente en la calle, pero eso no es responsabilidad del hotel sino de las autoridades públicas.
Personal muy amable, lindas instalaciones, piso 10 para desayunar muy pero muy bueno, desayuno impecable.
Conviene reservar por Booking sin desayuno y luego pagarlo ahí.
Los portazos que pegan en las habitaciones vecinas. Es un tema de cuidado de los huéspedes, que no saben vivir en comunidad, pero quizá se le puedan poner unos brazos reguladores a las puertas para que no las golpeen tanto.
Reservamos pra poder acompanhar um jogo no estadio Centenario. E o hotel fica na frente de um shopping, 5 minutos do Centenario e uns 10 do Gran Park Central. Pode ir sem medo!

the view and location, the room on the 9 floor was nice, the one on the 2 floor ok
breakfast was very poor but in a nice environment. staff, I arrived at 1 after having been there before, I explained I was coming from some tests and I needed to rest they told me I had to pay extra if I wanted to check 1 hour in advance!!! I said no. later they gave me a room I didn't like, they said they were fully booked. I said no problem, I'm leaving give me my money back and oooohhhh she found a beautiful room she had given me the night before!!!
Tuve una experiencia fantástica en este hotel. Lo primero que destaca es la ubicación, ya que está justo enfrente de la terminal, lo que facilita muchísimo la llegada y salida si viajas en bus. Además, está perfectamente conectado con las líneas de buses urbanos para moverse por el resto de la ciudad.
La habitación superó mis expectativas: de muy buen tamaño, con una cama súper amplia y cómoda. Me asignaron el piso 6 y las vistas desde allí son realmente buenas.
Otros puntos a destacar:
• Desayuno: Muy variado, con un precio justo y disfrutando también de excelentes vistas mientras comes.
• Atención: El trato del personal fue muy cordial en todo momento.
• Limpieza: Excelente, todo impecable.
Sin duda, una opción totalmente recomendada por su comodidad y practicidad.
Como observación para futuros huéspedes, recomiendo manejarse con cuidado o usar transporte de puerta a puerta durante la noche, ya que el entorno de la terminal puede sentirse algo inseguro a esas horas por la gran cantidad de personas en situación de calle.
Trato muy cordial como principal, luego la ubicación es muy buena .
La ubicacion es muy buena, frente a la terminal Teres Cruces. La cama super comoda.
