La cama no es muy cómoda
La ubicación, atención del personal, desayuno y limpieza.
El baño. Necesita una puesta al día. La puerta estaba hinchada y no corría fácil para abrir y cerrar. La ducha tuvo problema en el duchero en sí, hay que cambiarlo, si apenas se tocaba salía el chorro para abajo. Toda esa instalación está para cambiar. El resto, ok xq tiene un set de baño bien completo. También podrían cambiar las toallas de baño por otras mayores. Pero salvo esos detalles, el resto, perfecto
Me sentí mal durante la estadía y tanto el recepcionista como la mucama se preocuparon y estuvieron a disposición. Me llamó la atención que no tuvieran servicio de emergencia médica sin costo.
El personal en general muy atentos.
Si bien no es algo que no me gustó,fue incómodo tener problemas con la tarjeta para el ingreso a la habitación en dos ocasiones.
