De acuerdo a la reserva realizada en la plataforma, la habitación correspondiente era una deluxe, con vista a la ciudad. Sin embargo, no fue la habitación que me asignaron. Todo lo demás, correcto.

Que tenías que pagar por todo extra estacionamiento,desayuno ,considero que si un hotel lo tiene lo debe aplicar al precio total .Entiendo es su negocio Pero Montevideo en general no tiene buen trato con el turista .

Que siempre hay problemas al momento de solicitar facturas con Rut. Es la segunda vez que nos pasa.

La tarjeta de acceso a la habitación me la renovaron/recargaron 3 veces en 3 días,lo que implica bajar y perder mi tiempo. Se quedó sin luz la habitación, con lo que me responden que me quede 10 minutos a oscuras dentro de la habitación, nunca volvió la luz, tuve que bajar por 3ra vez a reclamar y me cambiaron de habitación.

la reserva era por 52€ se supone que Uruguay hace el descuento para turistas no residentes de una parte dei IVA, pues bien hice el registro con documento extranjero y tarjeta extranjera (como en otras ocasiones he realizado en Uruguay ) pero no me han aplicado dicha devolución, lo cual considero que es un robo. Lo pregunte en el lugar y se desentendieron del tema, diciendo que eso es lo que cobra booking (nada tiene que ver porque siempre he reservado con esta plataforma y al momento de abonar se me hace la devolución)
