Bugs and hair in the beds. No AC running when we arrived. Rooms were crazy hot. We did NOT stay here. Found another hotel and waiting for our refund.

Doing the absolute minimum
Pros:

When you don't hire a maid, running a hotel is a lot cheaper.
Very dirty. Police sirens going by every couple of hours.
They advertised a breakfast and offered only coffee. Light bulbs were burnt out, we had to request replacements

No locks on the door fleas in one room then had them move me the nxt night and that room had burn holes in the mattress and blankets and they don’t even have the breakfast open in the lobby

Did not stay when I witnessed how filthy it was
Cons:

There was a grocery bag tied around the smoke detector and the baseboard was falling off the wall the room had an unrecognizable odor and there cigarette buts all around the outside stairs there also seemed to be a lot of homeless people loitering around the area.. you cannot just walk into the lobby they have to buzz you in like it's a jail or something.

Worst motel I’ve EVER stayed at & I’ve been to the slums of slums!!!

The staff was rude, there was no air conditioning in the room & when I brought it to their attention I was told I was free to check out with no refund. When I attempted to check out to receive even a partial refund I was still told no. I even asked to be moved to another room & they refused to. There was also ALOTTTT of drug activity & I was even approached being offered drugs. & to top it off I was charged for my service animal. When I told them this is illegal they said it was for a cleaning fee. However I was charged a fee daily & not just once upon check out. I was not impressed at all by anything here & will unfortunately not be using booking.com anymore as a result of this.

I requested a refund the place was horrible.
Pros:

Nothing! The property was dirty. There were spider webs all over the room. The AC didn’t work very well. It smelled, and there were food stains all over the wall. The walls were damaged and had chunks of missing paint. The faucet in the shower has a leak and the water was pooled up at the bottom creating slime and mildew. The bedding had cigarette burns in them.

Cons:

Everything! Also, they charge way too much to stay at such a filthy place!
