The hotel itself was fine. Hotels.com dropped the ball big time. I ended up having to pay for my room a second time because hotels.com didn't communicate with the hotel itself. Almost had to cancel my weekend over this. Ill just book directly with the hotels from now on. No need for hotels.com anyway.

Soon as we got in the room I saw roaches in the bathroom sink/then we saw more in the sleeping area.. they were everywhere.. front desk had a can of raid for his rm which I politely took/ we were put in another room and gave us a discount per my request.. We did not have the option to go to another hotel as it was very late and we were already out in boonies not to mention it was extremely dark I did tell the fam we could all sleep in the truck but they weren't goin for that. After using the whole can of raid we did not have anymore issues. Frnt desk said rooms were sprayed the day before but clearly they missed the room we were in SMH needless to say I gave them a HUGE piece of my mind due to the fact they were well aware of their issue and should not have allowed anyone to rent a rm until it was completely taken care of especially due to two other guests complaints before us even getting there.

The shower head flew off and hit me in the head, and I had to go back to the hospital to get my incision site looked at.

Poor humanityy from the maid service. Front desk night man was superb. Hard mattresses, broken lamp and toilet seat. Shower wae flithy. Drawers had bugs in them. My kids found a used condom in the pool. It was total disaster. No breakfast as stated when booking. Hallways stunk like fish. Horrible stay but we were stuck.

Just stop for the night

Room didn’t have a smoke alarm, that is a life safety issue, basically felt like daylight in the middle of the night because curtains didn’t cover entire window opening. Used my bra as an eye mask, actually worked wonders. Bed was uncomfortable for me but others might like sleeping on a super hard surface. Not enough towels, I had to dry off with a hand towel because there were only 2 bath towels. Hair on the tv stand not ours and floor didn’t look to have been cleaned. One of the towels looked to be dirty, room smelled like mold which caused my throat to hurt. Coming to room floors, walls, and hand rails were all filthy and the smell was awful with all different kinds of food and who knows what. Positive, front desk attendant was nice checking us in and rate was ok for quality of room.

Overall it's decent.

Needs some updating. Bathroom stool was broken.

The manager was especially helpful to help me navigate when moving my things in the room

nice pool, room always smelled of stong cleaner, , it was only 10 and check out was at 11 but they rushed us and kept standing in the hall by our door on last day was very pushy.

No breakfast was provided and the curtains let in so much light from the parking lot, it was like daylight all night.

Convenient to local area

I asked to have my room changed, and they did so without any problem.

Tub had been repaired with bondo, very rough

Graffiti painted on lobby doors. Lobby was heavily perfumed like they were trying to cover up something. Didn’t even go to the room. Looking from outside, room curtains were falling down, a can of Raid was sitting in one window.

The place was old out dated. It was not very clean. The bathroom sink were pipe was falling off and water going everywhere. The breakfast was not out during the time it was suppose. They required a $50 deposit after I paid a day before online. The bath tub had a crack. The outside door was not secure it was broke , and we could hear ppl talking on a low voice.

Good stay. Nice rooms.
