How low the toilet was it was hard for me to use

An elevator would be nice. That there was no dresser in the room to put your items in.
The place lacks a bit in street appeal, but the inside was clean. The employees were friendly and the hot tub was warm. Breakfast was excellent. We had waffles, sausage, eggs, and bagels.

The first room we were in (116) the sheets had stains on them one bed had spatter spots (like cum) & tag from someones clothing in the sheets, the second bed had a person's butt print on the sheets, then we were moved to the other room (221) the cable wire was just hanging from the wall no way to screw it in tightly, their was a long hair in the shower & the fan fixture in the bathroom was leaking water
There was a pool, and we were close to downtown Manistee and the beach front. Check-in was exceptionally easy.
The room was not exactly clean. The floor was covered in crumbs and other debris, hair in the bathtub, and the bedding was stained with what appeared to be urine.
Great selection of breakfast items...loved the waffles!
