Pros:

The staff, The room was nice but not big enough for a family of 5. Kitchen.

Cons:

The mattress(both) were stained with brown stuff all round both of them. I brought my own blankets and pillow cases. Also when I opened the dishwasher 2 baby roaches came running out. That's the worst thing to see on the 2nd floor roaches. We made it work though.

Nice place until someone moves in above you

Convenient, safe, and clean

Cons:

On the last night of our stay there was someone in the room above us doing gymnastics, or maybe they own a buffalo? Whatever it was it was so loud all night I called the front desk around 2 am because we couldn’t sleep. I finally figured out what the black marks were on the ceilings. People throw shoes at the ceiling to get the top floor to quiet down. I should also mention, we sleep with a box fan on high.
