Fine hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and the location was excellent. Special thanks to Gloria, the housekeeping attendant, who was absolutely lovely, friendly, and always helpful with a smile. She truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only suggestion for improvement would be to keep the food service in the lobby open a little longer in the evenings. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Angebot beim Frühstück. Die Lage ist perfekt zum Erkunden der Altstadt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels von Holiday Inn doch eher klein. Da in der Downtown der Platz wohl knapp ist, kann man damit gut leben.

Amazing structure, in the middle of the city center. Rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was great

Cons:

Staff was helpful but could be slightly more friendly. The gym was closed for our stay but there was a substitute gym outside the building.
The swimming pool was ok, but the changing room was not heated, it was freezing in there!

In town. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Public transport nearby. Staff were helpful and organised a private taxi to take us to the airport for an early morning flight.

Very good stay (except the same break fast menu every day)

Within the downtown area. Close to restaurants,fast food, shops, transportation

Cons:

The complimentary breakfast is good but suggest to have a different menu every day. At least or some variety of sorts.
For the the 4 days duration of our stay we eat same for every now.
Maybe the chef should have a variety of hot meals not same every day..
