Cons:

Źle działający internet w pokoju. Obsługa nie potrafiła pomoc. Trzeba było chodzić do obszaru lobby aby połączyć sie z internetem. Pobrana kaucja w formie obciążenia 200 cad zamiast 50cad jak podajecie w informacji przy rezerwacji. Zwrot pomniejszony o ok. 10% ( obciazenie 546,26 pln zwrot 500,45 pln) Na początku obsługa chciała aż 300 cad

Cons:

Just give free parking. We already pay enough for the room, just show your guests you care about them a make it free

A nice restfull stay
Pros:

My room was in a quiet part of the hotel. The room was nice and warm and a great king sized bed to sleep in.

Cons:

The TV didn't have Roku or Netflix.

Pros:

Very good hotel and close to metro station.. I have tried many Holiday Inn in different countries so I know what to expect but this Toronto was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was little small but well equipped. The beds was amazing and they have 4 extra pillows so it was super-cool. Small fridge and hotel offer also free waters bottles. I get shaving kit from reception. It was fantastic.

There was also spa, beauty salon and souvenir shop in the hotel. Amazing place.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was fine.

Gym was closed but they gave you a pass at a gym and it was in Maple Leaf Gardens. Breakfast was outstanding

Pros:

Friendly staff, comfy beds, good breakfast, perfect location! Would recommend to my friends!

Cons:

The cleanliness could be improved. The floors weren't cleaned properly, especially the corners and under the bed spaces, and some of the towels had old stains and were really worn.

Cons:

For such a high price. No break fast and late check in 4pm.. insane and early checkout???? What's going on. For what they are charging only for sleeping????
Carpet was smelling. Door lock knob was broken.
Looks like 70 years old property.
