Rooms air-conditioning and fan did not work, maintance came around 11pm thought he got going, left and unit completely shut down, room was unbreathable, plus no ventilation it started to smell, the whole room seemed very worn and old, time for some updates. Also The fire alarm went off at 1am, and the building had to evacuate to the street, then slow process getting back to hot hot room even the hotel was extremely warm. At that point I decided to depart my beautiful 350 dollar room to hit the rd at 3am to drive back to windsor in a nice cool vehicle long day and night for a senior 🙃

Cons:

$500 for one night stay in a very tiny room was a little excessive. Shouldn't be raising prices because of FIFA and pride month. That's just gouging your customers

Gedoe met betalen voor ontbijt voor kinderen. Voet bij stuk gehouden dat het in de prijs zat en dat werd uiteindelijk gehonoreerd. Informatie op Booking is volgens receptie verkeerd.

Decent place to stay in Downtown Toronto
Pros:

I like how it was accessible to public transport and to everything else in downtown. The breakfast was decent, although fewer options available. Staff were all approachable and kind to requests. Powerful AC which we really appreciate since it was so warm, just perfect after a long day of exploring downtown. They also offered us airport transport which was helpful and convenient.

Cons:

My son really likes to play in the pool so we were looking forward to this but unfortunately, the pool was so filthy, you could see some stuff or dirt floating around the water on a closer look. The pool tile was moldy on closer inspection, just poorly managed, it’s a disgrace especially for how much the hotel stay cost.

Pulizia costante, saponi e creme Dove molto buone e personale cordiale anche per avere bottigliette d'acqua. Letti comodissimi! Palestra ottima anche se un po' scomodo dover passare dalla piscina per arrivare in palestra con un bel pericolo di scivolamento

Cons:

La camera era costretta per 3 persone e purtroppo ogni tanto si sentiva odore di marijuana (forse c'era il ricircolo tra le varie stanze)-da attenzionare.
Alla reception lenti soprattutto al check in, ma comunque cordiali.

Noisy rooms due to poor windows and poor air con unit, overall ok
Pros:

Room is noisy felt like we had windows open it was so noisy, walls thin we heard people next door having a shower at 11.30pm we thought we had a leak at first because it was so loud,
Air con very noisy and blowing in my face from the bed, couldn’t turn it down enough or slow the fan down ,
Room clean but the pillow cases had marks on them,
Didn’t have time to speak to staff as we were in and out every day,
Rooms in general are tired and need updatin,
Staff that we did engage with were very helpful in the lobby getting a taxi and helping with our trip.
Overall the room let it down not the staff,
