Cons:

El hotel, en general, más antiguo de lo que esperaba. Moquetas viejas en la habitación y en todas las instalaciones; no muy limpias. Baño muy pequeño e incómodo. En la calle obras que dificultaron mucho el acceso al hotel anoie y en coche. El barrio muy sucio y con muchos homelesss, inseguro.

Cons:

Le manque d'insonorisation de la chambre face aux travaux.... très bruyant !!!!
Petite chambre et salle de bain minuscule
Pas de ventilation de la salle de bain, prise électrique fixée avec du silicone!!!
L'attente longue voire très longue pour l'ascenseur.
Rapport qualité prix en deçà des hôtels holiday inn.
Si réservation bookin client déclassé.

good location, convenient, affordable
Pros:

overall good location in Toronto at a good price for the market. Near a subway station very convenient. 25-30 min walk from Union Station. Close to a lot of places which is very good.

Cons:

room is small, same for bathroom. no bath just shower. It was okay for that moment being one person but two, hum not so sure.
