Good and will come again. I especially appreciate the luggage staff who are very helpful and efficient.

Pros:

It was centrally located in Toronto, was easy to find, was clean.

Cons:

We went in April during a small heat wave, and they had the central AC turned on. Even though we turned down the thermostat, the room stayed hot.

Pros:

Location, staff, cleanliness of room. Room was small but it worked.

Cons:

Exercise facility closed for renos (could us nearby gym-I didn't want to go out for it)
Paid parking (but totally get it - it is downtown Toronto)
No continental bf (many Holiday Inns have it included)
Stairwell was quite dirty

It was mediocre
Pros:

It was big and right in the centre of Toronto

Cons:

My window view was between two buildings and on top of paying crazy expensive hotel fees I had to pay parking 80$ for two nights

Pros:

Easy to move around dowtown, a lot of restaurants near by

Cons:

My double bed room was tiny, I needed to squeeze myself between the beds to go to the bathroom. Parking is expensive 40$/night. No microwave in my room, had to leave downstairs to heat my food everytime. With the size of these room the least the hotel can do is have microwaves in every room
