Terrible. We didn’t even stay and they refused to refund.

Absolutely nothing it was filthy

Cons:

Smells horrible. Hair, stains all over the furniture. Mold in the shower. Bedding didn’t seem washed from previous stay. People under the influence inside and outside the facility. Overall just disgusting.

Overall the building and rooms need repair and cleaning.

There was a lovely person working at the front desk. Very friendly and professional

Cons:

The hotel looks nothing like the online photos. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke, had cigarette burns on multiple surfaces (on blankets, curtains, the bathtub, the light switch). There was broken glass under the bed, the bedsheets had stains on them, and there were multiple fixtures in need of repair (coffee machine was dirty and didn’t work, missing light bulbs, and a broken air vent in the bathroom). There was no toilet paper provided either. And we paid a premium to stay because it happened to be a festival weekend.
The frustrating thing is that a lot of the repairs wouldn’t even cost very much (if anything at all). It’s just not cared for. I saw similar reviews afterwards indicating the same issues, and they remain unaddressed. Would not recommend

Payer 238$ la nuit est avoir :

Lit salle avec cheveux et poils sur les draps. (Sur les nouvelles taies d’oreiller qu’on nous donne que 2 son propre..)
Sol pas propre avec des cafards.
Poussière pas faites.
Frigo pas nettoyé reste d’alimentation dedans.
Sur toutes les serviettes que 2 son propre.

Demande de remboursement refuser alors que la dame de la veille savait très bien le problème.
Ont aurait du directement demander une autre chambre mais par la fatigue on na attendue le matin est remboursement refuser..

ah oui est toutes les autres chambres sont pareil vue les avis vue après..
Bref pire hôtel que j’ai fait.

La champlure n’étais pas bien au dessus du bain donc l’eau coulait a coter … voisinage de l’étage criait courrait partout de 23:30 à 1:30 …
