THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL THAT I HAVE EVER STAYED IN, AND I HAVE TRAVELLED TO 5 DIFEERENT CONTINENTS, AT A COUPLE HUNDRED DIFFERENT HOTELS !! I ACTUALLY BELIEVE THAT HEALTH CANADA SHOULD CONDEMN THIS PROPERTY AND SHUT IT DOWN !! THE ROOM 219 WAS NASTY, THE SHEETS WERE STAINED, THE BATHTUB HAD REMNANTS OF THE LAST GUEST, THE CURTAINS WERE FALLING APART, THE LIGHT SOCKETS WERE MISSING BULBS WITH LIVE WIRES, A COMPLETE FIRE HAZARD, THE ENTIRE CORRIDOR AND ROOM SMELLED OF URINE, AND THE COPS HAD TO RESPOND TO SOME PROBLEMS AT THE HOTEL 3 TIMES WITHIN MY 2 DAY STAY !! I COMPLAINED TO THE FRONT DESK THAT I COULDN'T SLEEP THE FIRST NIGHT BECAUSE THE BED WAS A SLAB OF FOAM ON A WOODEN BASE, AND THE PILLOWS WERE SO MUSTY AND SMELT OF ROACHES !! THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE HOTEL WAS FULL WHICH WAS A COMPLETE LIE, AND ONLY WHEN I THREATENED TO CALL THE AUTHORITIES, THEY SUDDENLY HAD ANOTHER ROOM AVAILABLE, ROOM 202, WHICH HAD 2 QUEEN BEDS AND ACTUALLY SMELT PRESENTABLE. THE RELIEF DIDN'T LAST LONG, AS THE FRIDGE WAS NOT WORKING, THE PHONE HAD BEEN DISCONNECTED FROM THE ROOM, AND WHEN I HAD A SHOWER, ABOUT 10 SQUARE FEET OF THE BEDROOM WAS FLOODED FROM A LEAK COMING THROUGH THE WALL OR SOMEWHERE BETWEEN THE BATHROOM AND THE BEDROOM.
Les déjeuner au restaurant en bas étais super bon
La tv dans la chambre juste la moderniser et mettre une Smart tv
Dirty. Falling apart.
Everything could have been better.
Room 205. AC works well. TV worked after I plugged the decoder in. Sheets were clean. GFCI outlets near sinks. Felt like I was alone in the hotel, which I probably was, didn't have to give the room number or card to the guy for him to know when I checked out. Two (k)cups for the Keurig in the room (no milk). Hotel staff were nice. Bed was firm but I have some back issues so couldn't complain but experience may vary.
Smoke detector was not installed, batteries were out. The toilet seat and paper holder were broken. TV was unplugged. Shower is from the 80s and it's very hard to get the right temperature with the loose knob, also the showerhead was screaming a bit. The ceiling of the bathroom was dripping sticky stuff I presume cigarette tar after the shower. The sink next to the bed had a dripping leak all night. I found small ball bearings all over the room. There was a driving infraction from three weeks prior in a drawer. An open juice box in the mini fridge. Someone appeared to be watching the parking lot for valuables left in cars. The sheer curtains were torn. Somehow I left the place in better shape than when I entered. They don't clean under the beds. Bathroom door doesn't close. I believe I had slight food poisoning from my breakfast at the restaurant downstairs where I got a chocolate crepe thinking it would be Nutella or a knockoff but was fake chocolate coulis stuff for 16$ (I know right..). So all in all, this is a good escape room.
